    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per fer constar, de conformitat amb el que disposa l’article 46.1 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Júridico de las Entidades Locales, que a data 13 d’agost de 2013, s’ha dictat el següent Decret de Batlia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“DECRET DE BATLIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D. BARTOMEU ALEMANY BENNÀSSAR PRESIDENT DE L&amp;apos;AJUNTAMENT DE BÚGER, BALEARS, d’acord amb les atribucions que em confereix l’artícle 43 i següents del Reglament d’Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals de 28 de novembre de 1.986, i amb la finalitat d’aconseguir una major eficàcia en la gestió d’aquest Ajuntament de Búger, per la present&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DECRET:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Primer.- Designar a BARTOMEU ALEMANY BENNÀSSAR, Batle, delegat d’aquesta batlia&amp;nbsp; i responsable de les àrees de personal, serveis generals i obres públiques, i assumir així mateix, i a l’espera de la credencial acreditativa de la regidora sra. Alemany Buades, les competències de les àrees d’urbanisme, educació i cultura atribuir-li les competències següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La representació municipal i la firma de tots aquells documents, escrits i sol·licituds relacionats amb les competències anteriorment descrites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segon.- Designar a MANUEL ANTONIO PATIÑO GÓMEZ, 1er Tinent Batle, delegat d’aquesta batlia i responsable de les àrees d’hisenda i patrimoni, atribuir-li les competències següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La representació municipal i la firma de tots aquells documents, escrits i sol.licituds relacionats amb les competències anteriorment descrites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tercer.- Designar a ANGELES CANDEL MORA, 2na Tinent Batle, delegada d’aquesta batlia i responsable de les àrees de serveis socials, sanitat, fires i festes i associacions, atribuir-li les competències següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La representació municipal i la firma de tots aquells documents, escrits i sol·licituds relacionats amb les competències anteriorment descrites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quart.- &amp;nbsp;Designar a RAFEL REUS MARTORELL, 3er tinent batle, delegat d’aquesta batlia i responsable de les àrees de policia i seguretat ciutadana, medi ambient, joventut i esports, atribuir-li les competències següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La representació municipal i la firma de tots aquells documents, escrits i sol.licituds relacionats amb les competències anteriorment descrites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cinquè.- Que la totalitat de delegacions efectuades s’entenen en funció de les atribucions conferides a aquesta Batlia per la vigent legislació local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les delegacions efectuades, tindrán efecte a partir del dia següent al de la data del present Decret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De les anteriors delegacions es donarà compte al Ple a la primera sessió que aquest celebri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sisè.- Pel que fa al Batle Bartomeu&amp;nbsp; Alemany Bennàssar, correspon al mateix totes quantes potestats legalment li són atribuïdes en el seu exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Setè.- Donar compte del present Decret a l’Ajuntament Ple en la propera sessió del mateix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Ho mana i firma el Sr. Batle, i davant meu el Secretari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
