    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;D’acord amb l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, quan les persones interessades en un procediment són desconegudes, s’ignora el lloc de notificació o el mitjà, o no s’ha pogut efectuar la notificació, s’ha de fer per mitjà de la publicació en el butlletí oficial corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Per això, es notifica a les persones que s’indica al final d’aquest edicte, com a presumptes responsables de la infracció que es detalla, que disposen d’un termini de quinze dies hàbils, comptadors des de l’endemà que es publica aquesta notificació, per formular al·legacions davant la Direcció General de Medi Rural i Marí, per aportar-hi els documents i les informacions que considerin pertinents, i també per proposar la prova i concretar els mitjans que vulguin fer servir, d’acord amb el que estableix el Decret&amp;nbsp;14/1994, de 10 de febrer, pel qual s’aprova el Reglament del procediment a seguir per l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma en l’exercici de la potestat sancionadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Poden reconèixer la seva responsabilitat i fer efectiva la sanció corresponent, de manera que es posa fi al procediment sancionador, sens perjudici de la potestat d’interposar els recursos procedents, d’acord amb el que preveu l’article 10 del Decret&amp;nbsp;14/1994.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si no reconeixen la responsabilitat ni presenten al·legacions sobre el contingut de l’acord d’iniciació en el termini establert, la iniciació pot ser considerada proposta de resolució, d’acord amb l’article 8 del Decret esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Mentre es tramiti l’expedient sancionador, podeu consultar-lo i, així mateix, teniu el dret de conèixer la identitat de la persona que l’instrueix, que s’esmenta en l’acord d’iniciació, a l’efecte de poder promoure’n la recusació, d’acord amb l’article 29 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
