&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I resultant el que disposa l’article 59 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, Llei de règim jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i el Procediment administratiu comú. (LRJAP-PAC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es fa públic el seu contingut per un termini de 20 dies als efectes que la Llei estableix. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vist l’informe emès pel Cap de la Unitat de Medi Ambient de la Policia Local de Son Servera en data 24 d’abril de 2013, mitjançant el qual es presentava el següent llistat de vehicles als quals els seus propietaris havien renunciat formalment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vehicle amb matrícula C4208BNV, model Furax i marca Derbi, propietat del Sr. Ignacio José Pérez García, amb DNI 41572853P. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vist l’informe emès per la tècnica de Medi Ambient en data 21 de maig de 2013, el qual informa favorablement sobre la declaració de residu urbà els vehicles proposats a l’informe emès pel Cap de la Unitat de Medi Ambient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vist el que disposa la Llei 22/2011, de 28 de juliol, de residus i sòls contaminants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vist que el disposa l’Ordenança reguladora de la neteja viària i recollida de residus urbans o municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vist el que disposa el Reial Decret 1383/2012, de 20 de desembre, sobre gestió de vehicles al final de la seva vida útil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolc, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Declarar els següents vehicles com a residu sòlid urbà, una vegada que els propietaris han presentat la renúncia als mateixos i han declarat que no estan interessats en recuperar el vehicle, renunciant a tots els drets que puguin tenir a favor de l’Ajuntament de Son Servera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució que esgota la via administrativa es poden interposar, alternativament, els recursos següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a.- Directament el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Tribunal que resulti competent, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent de la notificació del present decret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b.- El recurs de reposició potestatiu davant l’òrgan que ha dictat aquesta resolució, en el termini d’un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent de la notificació de la present resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstant l’anterior, es pot exercitar, si n’és el cas, qualsevol altre recurs que s’estimi pertinent. Tot això de conformitat amb la llei 29/1998 de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa i de la llei 4/1999 de 13 de gener, de modificació de la llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
