    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb el que disposen els articles 59 i 61 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú BOE 285, de 27 de novembre de 1992, es fa pública la notificació de la iniciació dels expedients per autoritzar el tractament residual dels vehicles que són titulars les persones que s&amp;apos;esmenten a continuació, i que són instruïts per la Prefectura Provincial de Trànsit, ja que s&amp;apos;ha intentat la notificació al últim domicili conegut i aquesta no s&amp;apos;ha pogut practicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els expedients corresponents es troben en aquesta Prefectura Provincial de Trànsit a la seva disposició, i d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 86.1 de la Llei 18/2009, de 23 de novembre, per la qual es modifica el text articulat de la Llei sobre tràfic, circulació de vehicles a motor i seguretat vial, aprovat per Reial Decret Legislatiu 339/1990, de 2 de març, en matèria sancionadora, si en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes el vehicle no és retirat del recinte en el qual es troba, es procedirá a dictar resolució per al trasllat del mateix a un Centre Autoritzat de Tractament per a la seva posterior destrucció i descontaminació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
