    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió que tingué lloc el passat 12 de juliol de 2013, adoptà l’acord que transcric literalment a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Concedir les subvencions dirigides a cases regionals, associacions d’immigrants i altres associacions sense ànim de lucre a l’illa de Formentera, per a l’any 2013.&amp;nbsp; (BOIB núm. 66, de 09-04-2013), en base a l’informe proposta de la comissió avaluadora sobre la concessió de les sol·licituds de les subvencions individuals, de data 27 de juny de 2013,&amp;nbsp; que ascendeixen a un total de 6.520,00€ (sis mil cinc cents vint euros), de conformitat amb allò que estableix el capítol II de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i d’acord amb els principis de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, d’acord amb relació següent:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;. – Notificar el present acord a les parts interessades i fer-ho públic al tauler d’anuncis d’aquest Consell Insular i al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquest acte posa fi a la via administrativa, contra el qual podreu interposar potestativament recurs de reposició en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes davant la mateixa Comissió, o directament recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma de Mallorca en el termini de dos mesos comptats a partir del dia següent en què tingui lloc la present notificació, tot això de conformitat amb l’establert als articles 116 i 117 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú en relació a l’article 8 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins no s’hagi resolt expressament o s’hagi produït la desestimació presumpta del recurs de reposició interposat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Podreu interposar qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La qual cosa es fa pública perquè en tingueu coneixement i els efectes oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
