    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-left: 2.25pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Intentada i no practicada la notificació, conforme allò que disposa l’article 59 de la vigent Llei de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, mitjançant el present edicte es fa saber als adjudicataris que a continuació es relacionen que disposen de un termini de deu dies hàbils per acreditar documentalment la situació declarada al Registre de Demandants d’Habitatges Protegits, en la seva condició de possibles adjudicataris d’un dels habitatges de la promoció dels vacants 56 H Manuel Azaña al municipi de Palma, en règim de lloguer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas de no comparèixer&amp;nbsp; transcorregut aquest termini s’entendrà que renuncien a l’habitatge i aquest Institut el podrà oferir al següent sol·licitant de la llista d’ admesos. Així mateix es comunica que en aquest cas, de conformitat a la normativa vigent, suposarà l’exclusió de qualsevol procediment en els 2 anys següents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
