    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que, pel fet d’ignorar l’adreça o per no haver estat possible localitzar els destinataris, es notifica mitjançant aquest edicte a les persones que a continuació es relacionen, d’acord amb el que disposa l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú (modificada per la Llei 4/1999), que han resultat deutors pels conceptes i quantitats que s’indiquen i que per això se’ls ha expedit les liquidacions que es detallen en l’annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D’acord amb el que disposa l’article 59.5 de l’esmentada Llei 30/92 se’ls informa que les dites liquidacions es tindran per notificades el dia de la seva publicació en aquest Butlletí Oficial i que podran efectuar-ne l’ingrés dins el termini voluntari segons estableix l’article 20 del Reglament general de recaptació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les notificacions efectuades en la primera quinzena del mes el termini de pagament finalitza el dia 20 del següent mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les notificacions efectuades entre el 16 i el darrer dia del mes, el termini de pagament finalitza el dia 5 del segon mes posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si el darrer dia de pagament fós dissabte, diumenge o festiu, s’entendrà el termini de pagament al dia hàbil immediat posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Podran efectuar l’ingrés amb el document de pagament que es troba a la seva disposició en el Negociat de Recaptació Ports de les Illes Balears (C/ Vicente Tofiño núm. 36 de Palma, Telèfon: 902 - 024 444), a l’entitat bancaria BBVA Banco Bilbao Vizcaya , en el número de compte 0182 – 5747 – 43 – 0201504528 pel concepte que s’indica al peu de la factura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Finalitzat el termini voluntari de pagament sense que s’hagi efectuat l’ingrés, el cobrament es farà per la via executiva, amb els recàrrecs que pertoquin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra les esmentades liquidacions, que no posen fi a la via administrativa, podran interposar, amb caràcter potestatiu, recurs de reposició davant el Consell d’Administració de Ports de les Illes Balears, o directament reclamació económico-administrativa davant la Junta Superior d’Hisenda, en el termini d’un mes a comptar des de la publicació d’aquest edicte i d’acord amb el que disposen els articles: art. 28 de la Llei de Finances de la CAIB 1/2005, de 24 de juny; articles 223 i 235 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desebre, General Tributaria i Decret 49/2006, de 2 de juny (BOIB núm. 83 de 10/06/06). Aixímateix us fem avinent que la resolució de la Junta Superior d’Hisenda exhaureix la via administrativa i que no podreu simultanejar ambdós recursos sense que la interposició dels mateixos suspengui l’execució de l’acte impugnat, llevat dels casos previstos legalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
