    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D’acord amb l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, atès que no ha estat possible la notificació de les resolucions a les entitats que es notifiquen a continuació, mitjançant aquest anunci es notifica a les persones Interessades que el director general de Salut Pública i Consum va resoldre cancel·lar les Inscripcions en el Registre General Sanitari d’Empreses Alimentàries i Aliments dels números que a continuació es relacionen atès que aquestes empreses han cessat en les seves activitats. Així mateix, se’ls fa saber que contra aquestes resolucions poden Interposar recurs d’alçada davant el conseller de Salut, Família i Benestar Social, en el termini d’un mes, comptador a partir de l’endemà d’aquesta publicació, d’acord amb el que disposen els articles 114.1 i 115 de la Llei 30/1992, i l’article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els expedients es troben a disposició de les persones Interessades a la Direcció General de Salut Pública i Consum, situada al carrer Jesús 38-A, de Palma i al Centre Insular d’Eivissa i Formentera, situat a la via Romana, 81 d’Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
