    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Comissió de Govern, en sessió ordinària celebrada el passat 28 de juny de 2013, aprovà l’atorgament de subvencions i ajudes al Programa d’Esports a Formentera, per a la temporada 2013, conforme al següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.- APROVAR&lt;/strong&gt; la concessió de subvencions per aquest consell Insular destinades a la concessió de subvencions i ajudes al programa d’esports a Formentera per la temporada 2013, de conformitat amb allò que estableix el capítol II de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i d’acord amb els principis de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, d’acord amb relació següent:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Club Dojo Formentera obté un import de &lt;strong&gt;17.889,40€ &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Societat Esportiva Formentera obté un import de &lt;strong&gt;16.519,74€&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Club Hípic Can Savines obté un import de&lt;strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;1.874,70€&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Club Natació Formentera obté un import de&lt;strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;8.039,57€&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Club Esportiu Espalmador obté un import de &lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14.201,12€&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Racing Formentera obté un import de &lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.770,55€&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Club d’escacs quatre Torres obté un import de &lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.116,48€&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Club Basquet Formentera obté un import de &lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17.219,94€&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Formentera Atlètic obté un import de &lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.728,89€&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Club de Surf Formentera obté un import de &lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.614,60€&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;APROVAR&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;una despesa per un import màxim de 82.000,000 euros, amb càrrec a la partida 2013.341.48000.01 del pressupost del 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer..- PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; aquest conveni al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
