    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Per la present es&lt;/span&gt; fa saber als beneficiaris que a continuació es relacionen i que han incomplert el Decret 1472/2007, de 2 de novembre, modificat pel RD 366/2009, de 20 de març i pel RD 1260/2010, de 8 octubre concretament l&amp;apos;article 2.1 c que estableix com a requisit per poder percebre la renda bàsica d&amp;apos;emancipació &amp;quot;disposar d’ almenys, una font regular d&amp;apos;ingressos que li reporti uns ingressos bruts inferiors a 22.000 €. Als efectes del còmput d&amp;apos;aquesta quantitat , es tindran en compte els ingressos de l&amp;apos;any natural&amp;quot; que disposen d&amp;apos;un termini de quinze dies hàbils per sol · licitar l&amp;apos;IBAVI la vista del seu expedient, així com al·legar i presentar els documents justificatius que estimin oportuns, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposa l&amp;apos;article 84 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, modificada per la Llei 4/1999, de 13 de gener.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Transcorregut aquest termini sense efectuar al·legacions o presentar nova documentació, es donarà per realitzat el tràmit i es continuarà amb el procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
