    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Intentades, sense efecte, les notificacions per correu certificat amb justificant de recepció, i atès que no s’han pogut practicar per ignorar-se el domicili o no haver-s’hi trobat les persones interessades que es relacionen, es procedeix, en compliment del que estableix l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992 de 26 de novembre de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, a la publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears de les presents notificacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segons el disposat en l’art. 61 de la Llei 30/92, es publica únicament una breu indicació del contingut de la resolució, els expedients són a les dependències de l’Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, &amp;nbsp;c. Pere Escanellas núm. 12-16, 07830 Sant Josep, on els interessats o les persones representants, degudament acreditades, podran &amp;nbsp;comparèixer, en el termini de quinze dies hàbils, comptats des del dia següent a la publicació del present edicte en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, pel seu coneixement íntegre de l’esmentat acte i presentació d’al·legacions i/o proposició de proves que estimin oportunes, en horari de 9 h a 14.00 h, de dilluns a divendres, excepte festius. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Així mateix, s’adverteix als interessats que, de no comparèixer en l’esmentat termini, la notificació s’entendrà produïda a tots els efectes legals i es continuarà la tramitació del procediment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
