&lt;p style="line-height: 0.42cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 0.03cm; font-weight: normal; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;“&lt;b&gt;DECRET:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: -0.05cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;b&gt;1. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Atès que per Decret d&amp;apos;Alcaldia de data 1 de juliol de 2011 es va nomenar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;al Sr. Israel Rodríguez Moreno, amb DNI núm. 28.957.151-J, amb efectes del dia 1 de juliol de 2011, com a Adjunt al Gabinet de Comunicació, dins la plantilla de personal eventua&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;l.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: -0.05cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;b&gt;2. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Atès que de conformitat amb el que disposa l&amp;apos;article 104.2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local, l&amp;apos;article 20.3 de la Llei 3/2007 de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears i l&amp;apos;article 12.3 de la Llei 7/2007 de 12 de abril, de l&amp;apos;Estatut bàsic de l&amp;apos;empleat públic, el personal eventual cessa automàticament quan cessa l&amp;apos;autoritat que el va nomenar, com també en cas de renúncia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="font-style: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; margin-right: -0.05cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Atès que per acord de ple extraordinari de data 17 de juny de 2013 s&amp;apos;ha pres coneixement de la renúncia de la Sra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Marienna Sánchez-Jáuregui Martínez com a Alcaldessa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent; margin-right: -0.05cm; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: -0.05cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMER.- &lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Comunicar al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Sr. Israel Rodríguez Moreno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;el seu cessament automàtic &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;com a Adjunt al Gabinet de Comunicació, dins la plantilla de personal eventua&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;l amb efectes del dia 17 de juny de 2013 com a darrer dia de prestació de serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: -0.05cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEGON.- &lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Notificar aquest decret a la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; margin-right: -0.05cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/b&gt; Publicar la present resolució en el butlletí oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; margin-right: -0.05cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;QUART.-&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Informar a la persona interessada que en contra d&amp;apos;aquesta resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Directament, recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma de Mallorca en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l’endemà d’haver-ne rebut la notificació de la Resolució, d’acord amb l’article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Recurs potestatiu de reposició davant l&amp;apos;Alcaldia, en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes comptador des de l’endemà d’haver-ne rebut la notificació, d’acord amb l’article 117 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs de reposició, que es produirà pel transcurs d&amp;apos;un mes des de la seua presentació sense que s&amp;apos;hagi resolt expressament ni s&amp;apos;hagi notificat, podrà interposar-se el recurs contenciós administratiu, en el termini de sis mesos a partir del dia següent a la desestimació presumpta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;c) Qualsevol altre recurs que cregueu convenient, d&amp;apos;acord amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa i de la Llei 4/1999, de 13 de gener, de modificació de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
