    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que no ha estat possible la notificació de les Resolucions relatives a les sol·licituds de inscripció en el Registre General Sanitari d’Empreses Alimentàries i Aliments a les empreses que a continuació es relacionen perquè el Servei de Correus les ha retornat per dues vegades en aquesta Conselleria i, una vegada realitzat el corresponent tràmit d’audiència, en compliment amb el que disposa l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, es notifica mitjançant el present edicte, i es fa saber a les persones interessades que el director general de Salut Pública i Consum va resoldre denegar les inscripcions en el Registre General Sanitari d’Empreses Alimentàries i Aliments de les empreses que a continuació es relacionen, i que en contra d’aquestes Resolucions, hi poden interposar recurs d’alçada davant el conseller de Salut, en el termini d’un mes, comptador a partir de l’endemà d’aquesta publicació, d’acord amb el que disposen els articles 114 i 115 de l’esmentada Llei 30/1992, i l’article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’administració de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els expedients es troben a disposició de les persones interessades a la Direcció General de Salut Pública i Consum, situada al carrer Jesús núm. 38-A, de Palma i al Centre Insular d’Eivissa i Formentera en la via Romana, 81 d’Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
