    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No havent estat possible cap notificació a les empreses que a continuació es relacionen, d’acord amb l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, es notifica mitjançant el present edicte, fent saber a les empreses interessades que el director general de Salut Pública i Consum va resoldre la incoació dels procediments per cancel·lar les inscripcions en el Registre General Sanitari d’Empreses Alimentàries i Aliments (RGSEAA) dels números relacionats a continuació, i es concedeix a les empreses interessades un termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l’endemà al d’aquesta publicació, perquè justifiquin davant de la Direcció General de Salut Pública i Consum que segueixen realitzant les activitats per a les quals es troben inscrites en el RGSEAA, realitzin les al·legacions que estimin pertinents i, en cas què hagin canviat de domicili industrial, ens ho comuniquin, sota la indicació que, de no fer-ho, es procedirà a la cancel·lació de la inscripció registral, prèvia la Resolució corresponent, per raons d’exactitud en el RGSEAA, d’acord amb el Reial Decret 191/2011, de 18 de febrer, sobre Registre General Sanitari d’Empreses Alimentàries i Aliments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
