&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;Per acord adoptat per l’Ajuntament Ple, en sessió ordinària de data 28-05-2013, s’ha aprovat el Plec de clàusules administratives particulars per a contractar la venda dels solars patrimonials numerats amb l’ordinal nº : &lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"&gt;110&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"&gt;129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 139, 226, 295 &lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;i 296,&lt;/b&gt; mitjançant procediment obert, la qual part dispositiva diu textualment: :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoBodyText"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;“1r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="font-weight: normal"&gt;.- Alienar determinats solars del terme municipal, que es descriuen a la clàusula primera, del plec de clàusules administratives particulars incorporat a l’expedient, mitjançant procediment obert .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoBodyText"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;2n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="font-weight: normal"&gt;.- Aprovar l’expedient de contractació en els termes prevists a l’article 110 del Text Refús de la Llei de Contractes del Sector Públic i l’obertura del procediment d’adjudicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoBodyText"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;3r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="font-weight: normal"&gt;.- Aprovar el Plec de Clàusules Administratives Particulars que ha de regir el procediment que es convoca per a l’adjudicació de la venda de determinats solars al terme municipal, mitjançant procediment obert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoBodyText"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;4rt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="font-weight: normal"&gt;.- Afectar els ingressos procedents de la venda abans referida a l’Expropiació forçosa de: “Industrias Agrícolas de Mallorca”&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;i dels terrenys de la U.E 4.07 d’es Pla de Na Tesa, que figura a la clàusula primera del Plec de Clàusules Administratives Particulars incorporades a l’expedient .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoBodyText"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;5è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="font-weight: normal"&gt;.- No obstant, en el supòsit d’existir ingressos sobrants, es faculta al Senyor Batle per a que disposi la seva afectació a projecte o projectes inclosos dins l’Annex d’Inversions del Pressupost Municipal de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoBodyText"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;6è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="font-weight: normal"&gt;.-&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Donar compte al Consell Insular &lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;de Mallorca als efectes adients, de conformitat amb el que disposa l’article 109 del Reglament de Bens.-“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoBodyText"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;Per això s’anuncia l’esmentat acord als efectes d’informació pública, a fi que durant el termini de&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"&gt;deu dies naturals, &lt;/b&gt;a comptar des de l’endemà de la publicació del corresponent anunci al BOIB, puguin presentar-se reclamacions en el Registre General. Els esmentats plecs restaran exposats a la Secció de Contractació d’aquest Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
