    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;L’Ajuntament de Felanitx, a través del servei de Benestar Social, en compliment dels principis de publicitat, concurrència i objectivitat en la concessió de subvencions, convoca als centres escolars perquè sol·licitin les ajudes econòmiques, d’acord amb les Bases següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Primera.- Objecte de la Convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es realitza amb la finalitat de regular la concessió de subvencions econòmiques en règim de concurrència competitiva que concedirà l’Ajuntament de Felanitx durant l’any 2013 destinades als centres escolars ubicats al municipi de Felanitx, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;per a la compra de material necessari per pal·liar les mancances dels alumnes amb menor poder adquisitiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Les subvencions hauran de finançar en primer lloc la compra de llibres de text per a la seva utilització en servei de préstec per alumnes fills de famílies amb dificultats econòmiques i en cas que aquest servei estès cobert, es podrà destinar a l’adquisició de material escolar per poder ser utilitzat pels alumnes també en servei de préstec&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regirà pel que estableix les Bases d’Execució del Pressupost General d’aquesta Corporació, i en allò no previst en aquesta, s’aplicarà supletòriament la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Segona.- Destinataris de la Convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria està dirigida a tots centres escolars del terme de Felanitx, sempre que compleixin les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;a/ Ser entitats legalment constituïdes, i reconegudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;b/ Impartir ensenyances dels cicles: infantil (3-6 anys), primària (6-12 anys), i/o secundària (12-16 anys. No s&amp;apos;inclou PQPI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;No podran obtenir la condició de beneficiaris de les subvencions, les persones o entitats que es trobin en qualsevol de les situacions que s’indiquen en l’article 13 Llei 38/2003. En particular cal destacar el fet de no trobar-se al corrent de pagament dels deutes amb l’Ajuntament i del pagament de les obligacions derivades del reintegrament de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Tercera.- Dotació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;El crèdit assignat a la present convocatòria és de DOTZE MIL EUROS (12.000,00 € ) a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt; càrrec de l’aplicació pressupostària 3210.481000 del vigent Pressupost General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Excepcionalment, i de conformitat a les regles contingudes en l’apartat 2 de l’article 58 del Reial Decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s’aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, aquesta quantia màxima podrà ser incrementada en una quantia addicional l’aplicació de la qual a la concessió de subvencions no requerirà d’una nova convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Quarta.- Quantia de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;La quantia de la subvenció es determinarà basant-se en la puntuació obtinguda, d’acord amb els criteris de valoració establerts en la base cinquena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Cinquena.- Procediment per a la concessió de les subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1.- Criteris objectius de valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1.1.- Per a la concessió d’aquestes ajudes, sempre que el sol·licitant compleixi els requisits exigits, hagi justificat subvencions anteriors i no estigui sotmès en cap de les causes d’exclusió expressament previstes en aquesta Convocatòria, s&amp;apos;utilitzarà la següent fórmula:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Donar un preu a cada alumne, dividint el pressupost total: 12.000 € pel nombre total d&amp;apos;alumnes del curs 2012 – 2013 d&amp;apos;educació infantil (3-6 anys), primària (6-12 anys), i secundària (12-16 anys). Sense incloure els alumnes que hagin cursat PQPI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Multiplicar el preu de cada alumne pel nombre d&amp;apos;alumnes de cada centre escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1.2.- La quantia de la subvenció no podrà ser superior, aïlladament o en concurrència amb altres ajudes o subvencions de qualsevol procedència, al cost de l’activitat subvencionable. En el cas que la proposta de subvenció corresponent a algun dels projectes presentats superi la quantia expressada a la seva sol·licitud, es concedirà la subvenció amb el límit de l’esmentada sol·licitud i la quantia sobrant es repartirà entre la resta de projectes en proporció a la seva puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2.- Presentació de documents i tramitació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2.1.- Les entitats interessades hauran de presentar la sol·licitud degudament complimentada, d’acord amb el model adjunt com annex I, acompanyada de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;a) Memòria de l’activitat proposada acompanyat, si s’escau, de programa, projecte o descripció detallada que permeti comprendre l’abast, la intenció i la importància de la proposta. (Annex II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;c) Pressupost total i desglossat per partides de cada activitat a realitzar, amb indicació de la subvenció sol·licitada. (Annex II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;d) Declaració expressa en la qual s’ha de fer constar totes les ajudes i subvencions sol·licitades i/o concedides per qualsevol institució pública o privada per a la mateixa finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;e) Declaració expressa d’estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social. (Annex III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;f) Certificat del nombre d&amp;apos;alumnes matriculats als cicles d&amp;apos;infantil (3-6 anys), primària (6-12 anys, i/o secundària (12-16 anys. No s&amp;apos;inclou PQPI) en el curs 2012-2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;g) Certificat de l’entitat financera per on desitgen que els sigui abonat l’import de la subvenció, en el que figurin els vint dígits del Codi Compte Client i en el que s’acrediti que el dit compte correspon a l’Entitat Subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;h) La sol·licitud es pot acompanyar de qualsevol altra documentació sobre el projecte o activitat que justifiqui la petició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2.2.- Presentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de quinze dies naturals a comptar de l’endemà de la publicació de la present convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial dels Illes Balears i al tauler d’anuncis de la Corporació, i pàgina WEB de l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Les sol·licituds, junt amb la documentació que les acompanyi, es presentaran en el Registre General de la Corporació o en qualsevol de les formes previstes en la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Sisena.- Abonament de la Subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;El pagament s’efectuarà mitjançant transferència bancària. Totes les quantitats concedides s’ingressaran en un compte bancari a nom de l’entitat indicada en la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Els beneficiaris hauran d’aportar, necessàriament, certificat de l’entitat financera per on desitgen que els sigui abonat l’import de la subvenció, en el que figurin els vint dígits del Codi Compte Client i en el que s’acrediti que el dit compte correspon a l’Entitat Subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;El pagament de la subvenció es realitzarà una vegada justificada la despesa per part del centre escolar sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Setena.- Obligacions dels beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Els perceptors de les subvencions estan obligats a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;a) Acceptar la subvenció. En el cas que això no sigui possible hauran de renunciar expressament i motivadament, en el termini de quinze dies comptats a partir del dia següent a la notificació de la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;b) Realitzar l’activitat o projecte pel qual es concedeixi la subvenció, ajustant-se als termes previstos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;c) Sotmetre’s a les actuacions de comprovació i a facilitar la informació que es requereixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;d) Donar compte de les modificacions que puguin sorgir en la realització del projecte, justificant-les adequadament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;e) Comunicar l’obtenció de subvencions o ajudes per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents d’altres administracions, entitats públiques o privades nacionals o internacionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;La Comissió de Valoració elevarà a la Junta de Govern Local la proposta d’atorgament de les subvencions per a la seva aprovació definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Desena.- Justificació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;La justificació de les despeses corresponents a les subvencions atorgades, haurà de realitzar-se pels beneficiaris, amb anterioritat al 15 de novembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;En tot cas, la no justificació del total de la quantia subvencionada abans del 15 de novembre de 2013, implicarà la procedència del reintegrament de les quantitats que corresponguin, sense perjudici de les accions que resultessin procedents en l’ordre sancionador d’acord amb el que estableix la llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;L’Ajuntament de Felanitx podrà realitzar, mitjançant els procediments legals pertinents, les comprovacions necessàries respecte al destí i l’aplicació de les subvencions concedides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Les subvencions concedides d’acord amb les prescripcions d’aquestes Bases, hauran de justificar-se adequadament un cop finalitzada l’activitat, servei o projecte, origen de la subvenció atorgada. La instància d’aquesta justificació es presentarà en el registre general d’aquest Ajuntament, instància acompanyada de la documentació exigida en la convocatòria de la subvenció de què es tracti i que, com a mínim, haurà de ser:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;b) Presentació d’original i còpia de totes les factures i/o justificants acreditatius de la despesa, amb data d&amp;apos;emissió que haurà de correspondre a l’any 2013, i per l’import total de la subvenció concedida, que derivin dels serveis realitzats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Les còpies compulsades es quedaran a l’arxiu de l’entitat concedent i els originals estampillats, custodiats per l’entitat beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;c) Certificat del centre on es faci constar que la quantia econòmica rebuda s&amp;apos;ha destinat a igualar les condicions de l&amp;apos;alumnat per evitar greuges derivats de les diferències de poder adquisitiu. ANNEX IV&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
