&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès l’edicte publicat al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) núm. 45, de 4 d’abril de 2013, en relació a l’acord adoptat pel Ple de l’Ajuntament de Son Servera, en sessió ordinària de dia 21 de març de 2013, el qual aprovà inicialment el Reglament i normes d’ús de les instal·lacions esportives del Terme Municipal de Son Servera (Illes Balears).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que el proppassat dia 10 de maig de 2013, s’exhaurí el termini per a la presentació de reclamacions, sense que se n’hagi presentat cap, de reclamació, s’eleva a definitiu l’acord ressenyat objecte del present edicte, el qual resta íntegrament de la forma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;REGLAMENT I NORMES D’ÚS DE LES INSTAL·LACIONS ESPORTIVES DEL TERME MUNICIPAL DE SON SERVERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;PREÀMBUL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Al llarg dels darrers anys s’ha produït un increment tant de la demanda de serveis com la d’infraestructures Deportives, degut a un creixement de la població del nostre municipi i a la quantitat de clubs esportius emergents. Per aquest motiu i davant la demanda que hi ha per part de les entitats i clubs esportius, pensam que el reglament d’ús actual no s’ajusta a la nova realitat, i per això, hem dissenyat un nou reglament d’ús més estructurat i pensam que molt més adaptat a les noves realitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Títol preliminar&lt;br /&gt; Consideracions generals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 1.- Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a. Es objecte d’aquest reglament la regularització d’ús i funcionament de les instal·lacions deportives de titularitat de l’Ajuntament de Son Servera, així com els drets i deures de les persones usuàries de les mateixes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b. Aquest reglament serà d’ aplicació a la totalitat de les instal·lacions esportives municipals en els termes establerts al mateix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 2.- Concepte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Es considera instal·lacions municipals esportives tots els edificis, pavellons,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;dependències, recintes, camps, pistes i dotacions en què la titularitat sigui de l’Ajuntament de Son Servera, destinats específicament a la pràctica esportiva, a la cultura física o a l’oci esportiu, incloguem-ne espais d’equipament, complementàries o funcionalment necessàries per al desenvolupament de l’activitat esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Així com els béns immobles destinats a tal objecte i els adscrits de forma permanent a alguna instal·lació esportiva municipal, tant de gestió directa, com indirecta en qualsevol de les fórmules previstes, tenguin encomanats la Regidoria d’esports o altres entitats mitjançant concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- A les diferents instal·lacions municipals s’hi podran practicar els esports a què específicament estan destinats. Es permetrà la pràctica d’altres esports, sempre que sigui viable tècnicament i amb autorització prèvia del Batlle/sapresidenti/o delegat d’esport de l’Ajuntament , que serà atorgada discrecionalment .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- Seran equiparables, a efectes d’aplicació del present reglament, els espais que, encara que no tenguin caràcter propi d’ instal·lacions, circumstancialment s’ habilitin com escenaris d’activitats esportives i que sense ser de titularitat municipal hagin estat cedides , per a la realització d’esdeveniments esportius puntuals .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 3.- Àmbit d’ aplicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El present reglament serà d’ aplicació a totes les instal·lacions esportives municipals actuals, i a totes les que poguéssin existir en un futur.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 4.- Qualificació jurídica dels béns i accés a les instal·lacions esportives municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Les instal·lacions esportives, independentment de la forma de gestió, són d’accés lliure per a totes i tots els ciutadans, de forma individual o col·lectiva sense cap altre limitació que les establertes per les lleis o en aquest reglament. Per tant poden ser empleades per persones físiques o jurídiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- No obstant, l’ accés a les instal·lacions esportives estarà condicionat per l’aforament de cada instal·lació, les limitacions de capacitat que conjunturalment s’establesquin, i al pagament dels preus públics vigents, establerts per les activitats o instal·lacions esportives .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Així mateix estarà condicionat per la normativa específica aplicable en casos d’activitats i espectacles amb assistència de públic amb l’ordre de preferència previst a n’ aquest reglament .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 5 . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Es consideren d’ús reglat totes les instal.lacions esportives sotmeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 6. Concepte d’ús&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Les instal·lacions esportives municipals són per a la pràctica de l’activitat física-esportiva escolar, esport d’esplai, i temps lliure de la ciutadania en general, així com l’esport d’exhibició i alt rendiment .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- A cada instal·lació esportiva municipal, com a norma general, s’ hi podran practicar els esports a què específicament estan destinades. Es permetrà la pràctica d’altres esports, i/o activitats esportives, recreatives o culturals, sempreque sigui viable tècnicament i amb l’ autorització prèvia del Batle/sa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Amb independència dels usos esportius pertinents, també es podran autoritzar en les instal·lacions esportives municipals, altres activitats no esportives,que resultin compatibles amb les infraestructures existents, i amb les condicions particulars que es determinin, procurant que no interfereixin en el normal funcionament de les mateixes .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Títol. l.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Capítol l.&lt;br /&gt; Règim general&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 7. Calendari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- L’ obertura i el funcionament de les instal·lacions municipals, en horari de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;temporada esportiva es de l’1 de setembre al 31 de maig de l’any següent , de 16’00 hores a 22’00 hores de dilluns a divendres, els dissabtes i diumenges, es regiran pel calendari, horaris i usos que s’estableixin, per a partits federats i competicions esportives federades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Els mesos de juny, juliol i agost, les instal·lacions romandran obertes segons l’horari de la piscina de 10’00 hores a 14’00 i de 16’00 a 21 hores de dilluns a diumenge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Els dies festius, Pasqua, Nadal, etc, les instal·lacions esportives municipals romandran tancades. En cas de què s’efectuïn, tornejos,campus, etc, s’haurà de comptar amb l’aprovació de l’Ajuntament. El club, entitat o associació es farà càrrec de les despeses extraordinàries del personal encarregat del camp esportiu municipal, segons taxa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 8. Criteris d’ús, sol·licituds i autoritzacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Tota utilització de les instal·lacions esportives municipals d’ús reglat comptarà preceptivament amb l’autorització de l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Quant les Instal·lacions municipals romanguin obertes al públic, qualsevol ciutadà podrà accedir-hi i utilitzar-les en les formes estipulades en aquest reglament, i previ pagament de les taxes corresponents per utilitzar-les.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- L’Ajuntament es reserva la facultat de no cedir les instal·lacions , si creu que per aquest motiu pot perjudicar a una altra sessió autoritzada amb anterioritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.1. Sol·licituds d’ús escolar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Els centres escolars, públics o concertats ubicats en el terme municipal de Son Servera tendran preferència en horari lectiu quan no disposin d’instal.lacions pròpies per impartir l’assignatura d’educació física.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Es signarà un conveni entre l’Ajuntament i el centre docent sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Es considera horari lectiu de 08’00 a 14’00 hores de dilluns a divendres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. Amb un mes d’antelació, els centres hauran de presentar una sol·licitud d’ús, adjuntant els dies, horaris i nom del responsable de l’assignatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. Queden exclosos de les taxes i preus públics vigents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6. Les normes d’aquest reglament s’han de complir per igual per a la resta d’usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7. A més de les normes generals, aquest reglament conté normes específiques d’ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8. En cap cas es donarà autorització d’ús per un període superior al que és el curs escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9. Extingida l’autorització d’ús els clubs, entitats, escoles i associacions hauran de deixar lliures, a disposició de l’Ajuntament, els béns i les instal·lacions utilitzades en el mateix estat de conservació i funcionament en que les varen rebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.2.- Per a l’ús esportiu d’usuaris individuals d’un sol dia de una o més instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.-Els usuaris individuals interessats, remetran una sol·licitud dirigida a l’Ajuntament amb una antelació mínima de cinc dies (5), per fer l’ús de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- A la sol·licitud hauran d’adjuntar l’horari i el tipus d’esport a realitzar, així com el nom, l’adreça i telèfon de contacte de la persona que es farà responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- L’ús puntual queda supeditat a què la demanda sigui compatible amb els horaris de les altres activitats i del personal adscrit a les mateixes .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- L’Ajuntament no es fa responsable en cap cas dels objectes personals que es trobin a l’interior de les instal·lacions esportives municipals. (vestidors,sales,pistes, oficines i d’altres dependències).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.- Les tarifes per a la utilització es regularan d’acord amb les ordenances fiscals de preus públics i taxes vigents. El pagament de la taxa o preu públic s’efectuarà una vegada autoritzat l’ús i amb caràcter previ a aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.- L’Ajuntament de Son Servera es reserva la facultat de modificar o anul.lar els usos ja concedits i a suspendre temporalment el servei per raons d’interès municipal, sense que per aquest motiu hagi de &lt;/span&gt;respondre de posibles perjudicis davant les persones interessades, excepte la devolució proporcional dels preus satisfets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.3.- Per usos &lt;/span&gt;no continus,campus, tornejos o qualsevol altra activitat que no s&amp;apos;emmarqui dins de les activitats federatives (entrenaments i partits oficials.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;1.- &lt;/span&gt;Presentaran per escrit una sol.licitud, amb una antelació mínima d’un mes de la data prevista.&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt; A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;questa estarà supeditada als horaris disponibles de les&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;instal·lacions i al personal adscrit a les mateixes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- A la sol·licitud, hauran d’adjuntar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Nom del club, entitat, associació etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Nom, adreça i telèfon de contacte de la persona responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) El projecte de l’ activitat o activitats a realitzar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) El preu que s’apliqui per als usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) Pressupost d’ingressos i despeses.(si cal)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f) Nombre d’assistents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;g) Dades i horaris prevists.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;h) Assegurança que cobreixi, lesions i accidents de tot tipus i dels desperfectes que puguin ocasionar a les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- L’ús queda supeditat a que la demanda sigui compatible amb els horaris de les altres activitats, i del personal adscrit a les mateixes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- L’Ajuntament no es fa responsable en cap cas dels objectes personals &amp;nbsp; que es trobin a l’interior de les instal·lacions esportives municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;(vestidors,sales,pistes, oficines i d’altres dependències).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Les tarifes per a la utilització es regularan d’acord amb les ordenances fiscals de preus públics o taxes vigents. El pagament de la taxa &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; s’efectuarà una vegada autoritzat l’ús i amb caràcter previ a aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- L’Ajuntament de Son Servera es reserva la facultat de modificar o anul.lar els usos ja concedits i a suspendre temporalment el servei per raons d’interès municipal, sense que per aquest motiu hagi de &lt;/span&gt;respondre de posibles&amp;nbsp; perjudicis davant les persones interessades, excepte la devolució proporcional&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;dels preus satisfets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.4.- Per l’ús esportiu de temporada de Clubs (entrenaments i partits oficials).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Aquests criteris són una eina per ajudar a repartir els horaris de les&amp;nbsp; instal·lacions compartides entre diferents entitats del poble, quant hi ha més d’ una entitat que sol·liciten una instal·lació en el mateix horari. Són uns criteris que valoren diferents aspectes i característiques de les entitats i la seva activitat principal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Es considera temporada esportiva del 1 de setembre fins al 31 de maig de l’any següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Els campus, tornejos i d’altres activitats, malgrat es facin dins la temporada esportiva queden exclosos de l’ús gratuÏt de temporada. Aquests es regiran per l’article 8.3 del present reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.5.- S’han de presentar les sol·licituds abans de dia 1 d’agost previ inici de la temporada. Adjuntant a dita sol·licitud la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Nom del club&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Nom, adreça i telèfon de contacte de la persona responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Certificat d’entitat local, o forana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) Número d’esportistes federats que participen a lliga (número d’esportistes d’escoleta o escola esportiva, de 3 a 5 anys)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) Número d’equips de l’entitat ( equips categories base de 6 a 18 anys).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f) Número d’equips de l’entitat ( equips categoria superior, a partir de 18 anys).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;g) Esportistes de l’ entitat (base fins a 18 anys).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;h) Esportistes de l’ entitat ( categoria superior a partir de 18 anys).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;i) Assegurança que cobreixi, lesions i accidents de tot tipus i del desperfectes que puguin ocasionar a les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;j) Dades i horaris prevists de partits oficials que es juguin a dins camp o pista locals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;k) Fotocòpia de la fitxa federativa de cada un dels esportistes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.6.- En el cas de què en una instal·lació concorrin simultàniament dues o més sol·licituds d’ús compatible o no entre sí, s’atendrà, per resoldre sobre la prioritat el que estableix l’article 9 punt 9.1 i 9.2 del present reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Es signarà un conveni entre l’Ajuntament i el club sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- El pagament, l’exacció o bonificació de la taxa prevista per cada cas s’efectuarà una vegada autoritzat l’ús i amb caràcter previ a aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- L’autorització o concessió de l’ús de les instal·lacions esportives municipals constitueix un dret intransferible, per al que els titulars del mateix no poden cedir o intercanviar els usos cedits, sols es podran cedir amb la conformitat de l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- Par tal de baremar, s’establiran uns mínims de jugadors per equips (segons l’esport i categoria. Aquets mínims han de ser fixos per així poder considerar a tal com a grup de gent, com equip, d’aquí l’exigència d’uns mínims.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.- Aquets mínims per bàsquet, voleibol i futbol sala, seran d’un mínim de 8 esportistes per equip.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.- Els mínims per futbol seran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Futbol 7 – 9 esportistes per equip&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Futbol 11- 14 esportistes per equip.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.- Els mínims per gimnàstica esportiva seran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- 6 esportistes per modalitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- L’aeròbic no serà considerada com a competició esportiva per tant es valorarà com una sol·licitud individual d’utilització d’un espai del camp municipal d’esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.-Els equips, disposaran per entrenar les instal·lacions segons l’edat, aquestes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;seran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Esportistes de 6 a 12 anys de 16’00 a 18’00 hores (federats).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Esportistes de 12 a 18 anys de 18’00 hores a 20’00 hores (federats).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Les categories de major edat podran disposar de les instal·lacions a partir de les 20’00 fins a les 22’00 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-´Sempre segons baremació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9.- En tot cas, la no utilització d’instal·lació reservada amb els mínims d’esportistes contemplats dins aquest reglament per causa imputable a la/les persona/es interessada/es, podrà suposar una falta greu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;10.- L’Ajuntament de Son Servera&amp;nbsp; es reserva la facultat de modificar o anular els usos ja concedits i a suspendre temporalment el servei per raons d’interès municipal, força major, sense que per aquest motiu hagi de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;respondre de possibles perjudicis davant les persones interessades,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;excepte la devolució proporcional dels preus satisfets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;11.- L’autorització de l’ús de les instal·lacions esportives municipals estarà supeditada, en tot cas, a les necessitats de l’Ajuntament .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;12.- Les instal·lacions que es veuen afectades per aquets criteris son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Camp de futbol Ses Eres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Pavelló Poliesportiu Es Pinaró.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Pista futbol 7 Poliesportiu Es Pinaró&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Piscina coberta Poliesportiu Es Pinaró &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;I les instal·lacions que s’hi englobin posteriorment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 9.- Consideracions generals d’usos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9.1. Cessions d’usos per a clubs, associacions, entitats etc per temporada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) El repartiment serà per barem .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) La puntuació obtinguda en els diferents apartats, es sumarà, i es distribuirà proporcionalment segons les hores disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Per a determinar el nombre d’ hores de l’ instal·lació que pertoca a cada club es tendrà en compte un total de 30 hores disponibles ( de 16’00 a 22’00 hores, 6 hores diàries per a 5 dies a la setmana).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) No entren dins aquest còmput els caps de setmanes, que es reserven per a partits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) Una vegada repartit l ‘horari, cada club podrà repartir les seves hores de la manera que consideri més oportuna, sempre tenint en compte la categoría dels equips, que són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Categoria dels equips :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;I. Iniciació, benjamí, aleví i infantil de 6 a 12 anys,(els premini... etc es considerarà com escola de futbol, tenis, bàsquet i d’altres. Disposaren de les 16 a les 18 hores (ambdues incloses)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;II. Cadets, juvenil, jove de 12 a 18 anys disposaran de les 18 a les 20 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;III. Les categories majors d’edat disposaren de les instal·lacions a partir de les 20 hores .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;IV. S’establirà un mínim de jugadors per poder fer un millor barem, fix durant tota la temporada. Aquets mínims seran : 8 en cas de bàsquet i voleibol, 8 en cas de futbol sala, 8 en cas de futbol 7 i 14&amp;nbsp; en cas de futbol 11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8) Esportistes de l’ entitat no empadronats al municipi ( categoria superior a partir de 18 anys), 0’1 punt per esportista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article. 10 Altres usos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Usos per espectacles o exhibicions esportives puntuals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Hauran de presentar una sol·licitud d’ús amb la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Descripció del projecte a desenvolupar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Nom, adreça i telèfon de contacte de la persona responsable. .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- El preu que s’apliqui per als usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Pressupost d’ingressos i despeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Nombre d’assistents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Dades i horaris prevists.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Assegurança que cobreixi, lesions i accidents de tot tipus i del desperfectes que puguin ocasionar a les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. La celebració d’ activitats esportives en horari o calendari extraordinari, per iniciativa aliena a l’Ajuntament comportarà un increment damunt de la taxa fixada per al mateix ús, en el que se computen totes les hores, tant les de preparació com les precises per desenvolupar un acte o espectacle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. En cas de què les activitats a celebrar a una de les instal·lacions esportives municipals,- siguin o no esportives- requereixen muntatge i desmuntatge d’equipament, es computarà el temps destinat a dites operacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Les tasques de muntatge i desmuntatge es duran a terme per compte i iniciativa de qui utilitzi la instal.lació esportiva i sota la supervisió del personal responsable de la mateixa. També serà a càrrec seu les despeses de vigilància, neteja, enganxalls, consum d’ energia elèctrica i altres serveis ocasionats pel muntatge i desmuntatge d&amp;apos;equipaments així com el desenvolupament de l&amp;apos;activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- L’ús queda supeditat a que la demanda sigui compatible amb els horaris de les altres activitats, i del personal adscrit a les mateixes. Així com a l’entrada d’altres sol·licituds de demanda d’ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- L’Ajuntament no es fa responsable en cap cas dels objectes personals que es trobin a l’interior de les instal·lacions esportives municipals vestidors, sales, pistes, oficines i d’altres dependències).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Les tarifes per la utilització es regularan d’acord amb l’ordenança fiscal de preus públics o taxes vigents. El pagament de la taxa s’efectuarà una vegada autoritzat l’ús i amb caràcter previ a aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article. 11 Prioritats d’usos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- L’Ajuntament de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Els col·legits o instituts de Son Servera , que no disposin d’espais propis per fer-hi Educació Física, en horari lectiu- es considera horari lectiu de 08’00 hores fins a les 14’00 hores de dilluns a divendres, prèvia signatura de conveni amb la Conselleria d’Educació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Els clubs/associacions de Son Servera legalment registrades que estiguin inscrites a competicions federades. Previ puntuació del barem reflectit a l’article 9.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- Els clubs/associacions de Son Servera&amp;nbsp; legalment registrades a federacions d’empreses amb domicili fiscal a Son Servera. Previ puntuació del barem reflectit a l’article 9.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.- Qualsevol practicant, en la forma prevista en aquest reglament, en els dies i hores destinades a cada instal·lació esportiva municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.- Les institucions públiques, Consell de Mallorca i Govern Balear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article.12.Normes d’ús de les instal·lacions esportives municipals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;12. 1 Horari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De l’ 1 setembre en curs al 31de maig de l’any següent les instal·lacions esportives municipals, romandran obertes de dilluns a divendres de 16 hores a 22 hores; el dissabtes i diumenges segons calendari de competicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Els mesos de juny, juliol i agost l’horari serà de 10 hores a 14 hores i de 16 hores a 21 hores (obertura de la piscina municipal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Horaris per la utilització de vestuaris d’entitats o clubs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- En el cas d’usuaris col·lectius es permetrà l’entrada als vestuaris 15 minuts abans de l’horari fixat, i 15 minuts desprès de l’entrenament o partit oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Es podrà ampliar fins a una hora abans en els casos de competicions federades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Quant l’ utilització tingui un horari prefixat, no es podrà exigir la prolongació del temps no gaudit, si be es podrà concedir aquest temps si no hi ha perjudici a tercers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Les entitats, clubs o associacions, estan obligats a complir l’ horari fixat per l’Ajuntament en la sessió d’ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- L’Ajuntament es reserva la potestat de complir i fer complir els horaris, Així com, la potestat de poder concedir altres horaris, sempre i quan siguin compatibles, sense que càpiga la protesta o rèplica per part de les entitats o clubs usuaris de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;12.2. Vestuari esportiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- L’accés en els espais esportius haurà de ser amb d’indumentària esportiva adequada, llevat dels espais de trànsit i grades. Tot canvi d’ indumentaria s’ha de realitzar, sempre dins els vestidors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;12.3. Restriccions d’ús i prohibicions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. No es permet fumar dins les instal·lacions esportives municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Està prohibit el consum de drogues o estupefacients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. La introducció de qualsevol objecte de vidre, substàncies inflamables, o nocives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. No està permès menjar, cap tipus de fruits secs amb closques, xiclets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. No està permès l’entrada d’animals, cans i d’altres. Sols es permetrà l’entrada de cans guia, segons la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6. Està prohibida l’entrada de bicicletes, monopatins, patins, ciclomotors, etc; sols es permetrà l’entrada en ocasions en què l’activitat ho requereixi, prèvia autorització de l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7. Es recomana no consumir begudes alcohòliques de cap tipus i en tot cas no es podran vendre begudes alcohòliques amb una graduació superior a 20 graus centesimals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8. No estan permeses les pernoctacions en el camp de futbol Ses Eres ni al Poliesportiu es Pinaró. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9. A les instal·lacions cobertes amb sol de parquet o material sintètic, els dies de partits oficials els entrenadors podrà accedir amb roba de carrer i en calçat que no portin “tacos” o “tacons” .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La resta de dies , sols es podrà accedir a les pistes amb vestuari i calçat esportiu que no portin “tacos”, sols es podrà utilitzar roba de carrer en els espais de pas i les reservades al públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;10. A les grades i llocs de pas, de les instal·lacions esportives municipals, interiors o exteriors no es pot realitzar cap activitat esportiva o joc, per tractar-se d’espais destinats al trànsit i estàncies de persones usuàries i públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;11. L’Ajuntament podrà anul.lar l’autorització a qualsevol usuari, club, associació o entitat, sense que aquesta pugui reclamar la devolució o compensació per danys o perjudicis, en els següents casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Incompliment manifest d’aquesta reglament d’ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Comportaments antiesportius repetits per part dels equips o del públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Comportaments violents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) No utilitzar els horaris reservats més de 3 vegades consecutives o més de 5 en un trimestre sense causa justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) Els focus del camp de gespa municipal, o del poliesportiu municipal cobert , s’encendran si hi ha el 70% dels usuaris dins el camp o la pista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 13. De la custòdia d’objectes i equipatges.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- L’Ajuntament de Son Servera, no respondrà dels objectes personals que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;s&amp;apos;extraviïn o es trobin dins les instal·lacions municipals ( vestidors, sales,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;armaris, oficines, etc) , i aconsella no acudir als recintes amb objectes de valor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;2.- En les instal·lacions en que es compta amb taquilles, serà responsabilitat de l’usuari la custòdia de la clau que en cas de pèrdua o rompuda de la mateixa,es farà càrrec l’interessat de les despeses ocasionades. L&amp;apos;Ajuntament no es fa responsable de la pèrdua o rompuda de claus, pany, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;3.- El objectes que per part del personal adscrit a les instal·lacions esportives municipals hagin trobat es dipositaran al bar que hi ha dins el camp municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Article 14. Servei de bar i/o cafeteria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Aquesta resumeix:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;14.1.Característiques de la prestació del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Els serveis que es contracten es desenvoluparan dins l’horari fixat per la Batlia en funció de les necessitats dels mateixos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;El contractista haurà de complir i fer complir totes les prescripcions establertes al reglament d’ús de les instal·lacions esportives municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Els objectes de valor que el contractista trobi seran entregats a la Policia Local&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Mantenir en perfecta estat de conservació, neteja i vigilància de les instal·lacions del bar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;e) Efectuar la neteja exterior i interior de totes les instal·lacions esportives, salvat de la neteja interior i manteniment de les piscines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article.15 Drets de les persones usuàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15.1. Drets de les persones usuàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15.2 L’usuari, des del moment en que té dret a utilitzar les instal·lacions, tant com a practicant com a espectador, ha d’acceptar les serves normes generals d’ús tenint cura del elements, materials esportius i tot el que es posa a la seva disposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15.3. Fer ús i gaudir, d’acord a les normes d’ús establertes i tarifes vigents, de tots els serveis que ofereixen les instal·lacions esportives municipals, ja siguin gestionades directa o indirectament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15.4. A ser tractats amb respecte pel personal que dóna servei a les instal·lacions i per la resta d’usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15.5. Fer ús de les instal·lacions esportives els dies i horari senyalats, si be l’Ajuntament per necessitats de programació o força major, podrà anul.lar o variar les condicions establertes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15.6. A ser informat, tant a l’Ajuntament com a les instal·lacions esportives o la pàgina Web, sobre les condicions d’ús de les instal·lacions i serveis que es donen a les mateixes, així com els documents que es sol·licitin referents a les mateixes: Reglaments, preus públics,cursets...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15.7. Presentar queixes, suggerències i reclamacions, adreçats a l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15.8. Sol·licitar en qualsevol moment l’ identificació de qualsevol treballador/re de les instal·lacions municipals, als efectes de les reclamacions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15.9. Qualsevol altre dret que vengui reconegut per la legislació vigent i per aquest reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 16. Dels deures dels usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;16.1. L’accés a les instal·lacions esportives municipals suposa l’acceptació de la totalitat de les normes compreses en aquest reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;16.2. Tota persona interessada en la utilització de les instal·lacions esportives municipals està obligada a sol·licitar autorització d’ús segons el procediment fixat i abonar el preu públic corresponent dins el termini fixat i forma establerta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;16.3. Amb l’excepció que en cada cas pugui determinar-se, la sessió d’ús de les instal·lacions esportives municipals no inclou el subministrament i utilització de material esportiu, per la qual cosa aquest s’haurà d’aportar per les pròpies persones usuàries i ajustar-se en totes les característiques a les condicions reglamentàries establertes per a la modalitat esportiva de que es tracti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;16.4. Totes les persones usuàries estan obligades a l’estricte compliment de les normes establertes a totes les instal·lacions esportives municipals. Aquest compliment serà exigit per al personal encarregat de les instal·lacions, com a responsable de complir i fer complir directament les disposicions vigents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;16.5. Les persones usuàries de les instal·lacions esportives municipals mantindran en tot moment actituds de consideració i respecte cap als altres usuaris i cap el personal encarregat de les instal·lacions esportives municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En relació amb l’encarregat, estaran obligats al compliment de totes les instruccions o observacions que rebin sobre el bon ordre i funcionament de les instal·lacions i sobre la disposició i utilització dels materials i dotacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;16.6. L’ incompliment de les present normes, així com els actes de vandalisme i mal comportament, podran donar lloc a les sancions previstes en aquestreglament així com la reparació, reposició i/o el pagament dels danys produïts. En el cas de persones usuàries que pertanyin a Clubs, Societats esportives, aquests seran responsables subsidiaris del comportament dels seus membres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;16.7. En el cas d’entitats esportives i centres docents que utilitzen de forma regular una instal·lació esportiva, serà obligació signar un conveni entre el club o el centre docent i l’Ajuntament per formalitzar l’ utilització, en aquest conveni s’especificarà les responsabilitats de l’entitat i de l’Ajuntament en relació a l’ús i al funcionament de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;16.8. L’usuari/ris o espectador/ors que manifesti un comportament contrari al present reglament donarà lloc a què el personal de la instal·lació li exigeigi que abandoni la mateixa o requerir la presència, si la gravetat del cas així ho exigeix, de les forces de seguretat sense perjudici de les posteriors accions aplicables al cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 17. Responsabilitat dels usuaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;17.1. Les persones usuàries han de deixar les instal·lacions utilitzades en perfecte estat per a l’ús següent . Per altra banda, assumiran la responsabilitat plena i directa pels danys i perjudicis que es produeixin dins les instal·lacions municipals durant l’ utilització de les mateixes, així com els ocasionats a les demès dependències, locals, edifici, etc, i els soferts per terceres persones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;17.2. La seguretat dels menors d’edat es responsabilitat única dels pares, mares, de les persones adultes que els acompanyen, les quals es faran responsables en els casos d’incompliment pels mateixos de les normes de funcionament de les instal·lacions esportives municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;17.3. Es considera responsable directe de l’ús al titular de l’autorització, llevat de que acrediti la representació que ostenta, en aquest cas la responsabilitat recaurà sobre el representat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;17.4. Cada usuari individual, entitat, club, centre docent o grup té per obligació respectar les instal·lacions i el seu mobiliari, i seran responsables dels danys i perjudicis ocasionats com a conseqüència del seu mal ús, fent-se responsables de les despeses que puguin comportar els arranjaments o les reposicions necessàries per mantenir el seu mateix estat de conservació i funcionament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;17.5. Quan es tracti de competicions amb participació d’entitats que no pertanyen a les del municipi, l’entitat local corresponent es responsabilitzarà de les despeses ocasionades pels desperfectes i danys ocasionats per una mala utilització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;17.6. Cada entitat, club,associació que realitzi una activitat estarà obligada a concertar una assegurança que cobreixi lesions i accidents de tot tipus, essent responsable directe dels mals que es produeixin a les persones o els desperfectes de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;17.7. Els usuaris individuals o en grup,no podran accedir als espais esportius assignats fins que l’activitat precedent hagi acabat. En qualsevol cas, el personal municipal de les instal·lacions garantirà que es respecti aquest criteri de funcionament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;17.8. La/les persones responsables de cada club, entitat ,associació no podrà abandonar la instal·lació fins que els components del mateix no hagin sortit dels vestidors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Una vegada acabada l’activitat i ús del vestidors l’encarregat del club, associació o entitat lliurarà les claus a l’empleat municipal del camp d’esports,o en cas de que coincidís amb el seu lliure de setmana el/la concesionària del bar. Aquest té la responsabilitat de revisar les instal·lacions empleades i certificar el seu bon ús, i en tot cas, donar part dels desperfectes a l’Ajuntament, per tal d’aplicar la normativa del reglament d’ús vigent .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article.18. Tancament de les instal·lacions esportives municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;L’Ajuntament es reserva el dret de tancar les instal·lacions esportives municipals, sense dret a indemnització per part dels usuaris, mitjançant resolució o acord degudament motivat, per raons sanitàries, ordre públic, climatològiques, programacions pròpies com competicions, partits, cursos o qualsevol altre que degudament justificada impliqui el tancament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El personal municipal responsable de les instal·lacions esportives municipals podrà decidir el tancament d’algun espai o de tota la instal·lació quan per raons climatològiques, sanitàries, d’ ordre interior o seguretat, quant consideri que es pugui veure afectada la integritat de les persones o produir-se danys a les instal·lacions, i ha d’informar-ne immediatament al responsable de la Regidoria d’Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Capítol IV.&lt;br /&gt; Normes de funcionament específiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Com a norma general l’Ajuntament podrà regular el funcionament de tots aquells espais esportius que requereixen normes específiques de funcionament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Seran d’aplicació a cada una de les instal·lacions esportives municipals, a més de les normes genèriques contingudes en aquest reglament, les específiques de cada instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El personal municipal responsable de les instal·lacions esportives municipals pot decidir el tancament d’algun espai o de tota la instal·lació quan per raons climatològiques, d’ ordre interior o seguretat, consideri que es pugui veure afectada la integritat de les persones o produir-se danys a les instal·lacions , i ha de informar-ne immediatament al responsable de la Regidoria d’Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Normes d’utilització de les pistes del poliesportiu municipal cobert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article.19. Descripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- S’entenen com Poliesportius les instal·lacions que disposen almanco de una pista poliesportiva coberta amb servei de dutxes i vestuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- A més del Reglament general per usuaris, club, etc, per l’ utilització de les instal·lacions esportives municipals, s’ha de tenir en compte la normativa específica de cada instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article.20. Normativa específica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. La temporada esportiva es de dia 1 de setembre a 31 de maig de l’any següent .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Els usuaris col·lectius,(clubs ,entitats, associacions,etc) Abans del 15 d’agost de l’any en curs presentaran una sol·licitud dirigida a l’Ajuntament demanant l’ús de les instal·lacions,en les formes marcades dins l’article 8.5. i els seus apartats i 8.6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Els mesos de juny, juliol i agost es sol·licitarà per escrit amb un mes (1) d’antelació a l’Ajuntament de la mateixa manera que s’assenyala a l’article 8.3. previ pagament de la taxa o preu públic vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.-Clubs,entitats,associacions,etc. L’horari d’utilització serà el que marqui l’Ajuntament, d’acord amb els horaris generals de les instal·lacions, amb el personal assignat a les instal·lacions i amb el resultat del barem obtingut per cada entitat, club o associació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.- La destinació de les pistes serà fonamentalment i preferentment la pràctica per usuaris d’esports col·lectius, com futbet, bàsquet, volei i tots aquells que la infraestructura actual ho permeti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.-Els usuaris particulars, dintre dels horaris establerts en que les instal·lacions es troben obertes al públic, podran fer ús de les instal·lacions esportives municipals prèvia reserva i pagament de la taxa establerta en l’ordenança pública vigent, sempre que la demanda sigui compatible amb els horaris de les activitats que es realitzen durant la temporada esportiva i del personal de les instal·lacions municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.- Per accedir a la pista es farà en calçat i roba esportiva adequada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.- Està prohibida l’entrada d’elements esportius o no que puguin fer mal be al paviment de la pista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9.- Per raons de convivència queden prohibits els jocs molestos o perillosos .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;10.- La cessió d’ús es de caràcter provisional i en cap cas pot sobrepassar la temporada esportiva en curs. No poden ser cedides a tercers i s’extingeixen pel transcurs del temps sense que calgui un requeriment previ i s’ha de renovar en cas de que l’usuari així ho desitgi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;11.- Les entitats,clubs,associacions que participin en competicions , han de adreçar a l’Ajuntament el calendari de competicions oficials 15 dies abans de l’ inici d’aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;12.- Les entitats,clubs,associacions, que realitzin partits amistosos, actes de final de temporada, demostracions etc, sempre es farà dins l’horari cedit per als seus entrenaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;13.- L’encarregat del camp municipal d’esports serà el que assigni els vestidors i espais esportius per a la realització de la pràctica autoritzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;14.- Sense la presència del responsable del grup no es podrà accedir als vestidors ni als espais esportius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15.- L’encarregat del camp municipal d’esports lliurarà les claus del vestidors i de l’ instal·lació a la persona responsable del grup.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;16.- El responsable del club, associació, entitat etc. tendrà el deure de vetllar pel bon comportament del grup dins les instal·lacions esportives que estiguin utilitzant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;17.- Per l’ estalvi energètic, a l’hora de les dutxes, no es podrà sobrepassar de15 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;18.- L’hora d’accés i sortida de la pista serà la del temps que te reservat per a la mateixa, no podent ocupar aquesta per preescalfaments , etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;19.- Las porteries, canastres, pòsters i d’altres accessoris necessàries per la pràctica esportiva, que siguin mòbils, seran degudament col·locats i retirats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;20.- Els materials que cada equip deixi en el poliesportiu, ha d’estar recollit en senalles, rets o borses propietat dels clubs, no fent-se responsable l’Ajuntament del material allà deixat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;21.- Les escoles, instituts del municipi,prèvia signatura de conveni, utilitzaran el poliesportiu en horari lectiu de 08’00 hores a 14’00 hores de dilluns a divendres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;22.- Independentment de les possibles sancions en les que puguin incórrer els usuaris, l’ús inadequat dels materials i equipaments del pavelló municipal cobert serà objecte de sanció als responsables de cada club, associació, entitat o grup d’usuaris, com a mínim amb l’abonament dels desperfectes ocasionats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Normes d’utilització del camp de fútbol municipal de gespa artificial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 21. Descripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- S’entén per camp de gespa artificial l’ instal·lació esportiva descoberta en la que es practica exclusivament l’esport de futbol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- A més del Reglament general per usuaris, club, etc, per l’ utilització de les instal·lacions esportives municipal, s’ha de tenir em compte el reglament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;específic de cada instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;21.1. Normativa específica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. La temporada esportiva és de dia 1 de setembre a 31 de maig de l’any següent .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Els usuaris col·lectius,(clubs ,entitats, associacions,etc) Abans del 15 d’agost de l’any en curs presentaran una sol·licitud dirigida a l’Ajuntament demanant l’ús de les instal·lacions,en les formes marcades dins l’article 8.5. i els seus apartats i 8.6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Els mesos de juny, juliol i agost se sol·licitarà per escrit amb un mes (1) d’antelació a l’Ajuntament de la mateixa manera que s’assenyala a l’article 8.3. previ pagament de la taxa o preu públic vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. Clubs, entitats, associacions, etc. L’horari d’utilització serà el que marqui l’Ajuntament, d’acord amb els horaris generals de les instal·lacions, amb el personal assignat a les instal·lacions i amb el resultat del barem obtingut per cada entitat, club o associació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. La destinació del camp de gespa artificial serà fonamentalment i preferentment la pràctica per usuaris d’esports col·lectius, com fútbol i tots aquells que el camp de gespa artificial actual ho permeti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6. Els usuaris particulars, dins els horaris establerts en què les instal·lacions es troben obertes al públic, podran fer ús de les instal·lacions esportivesmunicipals prèvia reserva i pagament de la taxa establerta en l’ordenança pública vigent, sempre que la demanda sigui compatible amb els horaris de les activitats que es realitzen durant la temporada esportiva i del personal de les instal·lacions municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7. Per accedir al camp municipal de gespa es farà en calçat i roba esportiva adequada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;21.3 Normativa específica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- A més del Reglament general per usuaris, club, etc, per la utilització de les instal·lacions esportives municipals, s’ha de tenir en compte la normativa específica de cada instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Normes d’accés&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Podran accedir a les piscines totes les persones abonades o els que comprin el tiquet d’entrada diària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. El menors de 8 anys han d’anar acompanyats d’una persona major d’edat que assumeixi les diferents responsabilitats que es puguin derivar del comportament del menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. A partir de 8 anys fins a 14 anys, el menor ha de presentar el DNI, per acreditar que està dins la franja d’edat i demostrar que sap nedar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. Existirà una limitació d’accés als usuaris en funció de l’aforament segons normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. La utilització pels centres escolars dins el programa d’ escoleta d’estiu, clubs, associacions, etc, es regirà per les següents preferències i amb els&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;següents requisits, sempre dins l’horari marcat per l’Ajuntament :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Escoles i centres escolars municipals de Son Servera en programes “d’escola d’estiu”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Campus d’estiu, de clubs de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Altres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) L’obligació de concertar una assegurança que cobreixi lesions i accidents de tot tipus, essent responsable directe dels mals que es produeixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Sol·licitar l’ús a l’Ajuntament, amb un mes d’antelació, indicant els dies i els horaris, el/la nom del responsable del grup, telèfon de contacte, fotocòpia de la pòlissa de l’assegurança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) En el cas d’escoles d’estiu privades, a més dels requisits del punt (b), s’haurà d’abonar el preu públic vigent per nin/na usuària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Normes específiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.-L’ús de les piscines a l’aire lliure és preferentment per a l’oci recreatiu dels usuaris, malgrat es pot fer ús per donar cursets de natació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.-La utilització de la piscina serà en funció de la programació horària, a on s’especificarà l’ horari dels cursets de natació, escola d’estiu, etc. . Aquesta serà exposada a l’entrada de les instal·lacions i dins el recinte de la piscina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.-Les funcions del socorrista dins les instal·lacions de la piscina, és la de vigilar la seguretat dels banyistes, a més de mantenir el bon ordre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.-S’ha de fer cas de totes les indicacions i ordres que es rebin per part del/la socorrista. En cas de que se superi l’aforament permès per normativa, serà el socorrista el que restringirà l’entrada a més usuaris fins que hi hagi espai suficient per un bon ús de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.-L’Ajuntament de Son Servera, no es fa responsable dels accidents que es puguin produir a les persones usuàries de la piscina sense coneixements de natació o sense guardar la prudència necessària. Per la qual cosa, per accedir a un lloc de la piscina a on no faci peu, haurà de tenir uns coneixements mínims de natació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Igualment s’ha de comunicar al socorrista de la piscina per part de la persona usuària les possibles malalties que puguin patir i que puguin afectar a la seva seguretat dins l’aigua,( malalties cardíaques, epilèpsia, etc).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Requisits per al bany&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Es obligatòria la dutxa per accedir a la zona de bany. No es pot banyar-se amb maquillatges, olis grassos, etc. Es recomana igualment la dutxa desprès del bany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Es obligatori l’ús de gorra de bany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Es recomana utilitzar sabatilles apropiades per al bany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- No podran utilitzar ni banyar-se aquells usuaris que tenguin ferides, hemorràgies, malalties contagioses o infeccions a la pell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Normes de conducte durant el bany i espai infantil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Quan els banyistes siguin encomiats per sortir de l’aigua per el/la socorrista o un altre personal de les piscines, ho faran de forma immediata. Els usuaris podran ser expulsats de les instal·lacions per motius d’alteració, mal ús, risc per a la integritat de la resta d’usuaris, l’Ajuntament es reserva el dret de admissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Les piscines petites son d’ús exclusiu per a menors de 8 anys i sempre hauran d’estar acompanyats per una persona major d’edat responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- A mes de les prohibicions que estan incloses dins l’article 12.3 del present reglament , es prohibeix :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Introduir utensilis per a la natació com són caretes subaquàtiques, aletes i d’altres objectes contundents o que puguin molestar a la resta d’usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Objectes de vidre o porcellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Utilitzar ulleres graduades o de sol dins l’aigua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Embrutar l’ aigua amb pràctiques antihigèniques (escopir, micció,etc)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Jugar amb pilotes o objectes que puguin molestar a la resta d’usuaris .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Es bany de menors de 6 anys dins la piscina, exceptuant quan vagin acompanyats dels seus pares, mares, tutors o responsables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Córrer o donar empentes per l’espai de pas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Córrer per la vorera, empenya o tirar-se de les següents formes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Cap enrere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Patinant per la vorera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Donant volantins en l’aire .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Caure a l’ aigua damunt les persones que es banyen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Capbussons amb carrera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Menjar a la vora de la piscina o dins els vestidors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Tirar o abandonar qualsevol tipus de deixalles en la instal·lació .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Animals, amb l’excepció de cans guia, segons normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- L’entrada a la piscina no se permetrà restant ½ hora per al seu tancament .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- L’horari d’obertura de la piscina municipal i el tancament es comunicarà per escrit al taulons d’anuncis de l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Els usuaris que vulguin abonar-se els mesos d’estiu sols ho podran fer del 15 de maig a 15 de juny, a l’Ajuntament en horari de 9’00 hores a 14 hores de dilluns a divendres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Per treure l’abono bonificat els usuaris del nostre municipi hauran de presentar un certificat d’empadronament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- L’Ajuntament es reserva el dret a tancar les instal·lacions esportives municipals, sense dret a indemnització per part dels usuaris, mitjançant resolució o acord degudament motivat, per raons sanitàries, ordre públic, climatològiques, programacions pròpies com a competicions, partits, cursos o qualsevol altre que degudament justificada impliqui el tancament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- El personal municipal responsable de les instal·lacions esportives municipals pot decidir el tancament d’algun espai o de tota la instal·lació quan per raons climatològiques, d’ ordre interior o seguretat, consideri que es pugui veure afectada la integritat de les persones o produir-se danys a les instal·lacions, i ha d’informar-ne immediatament al responsable de la Regidoria d’Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Secció quarta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;22.3. Normes utilització de les pistes poliesportives exteriors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;22.4.1 Descripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Són tots aquells espais esportius a l’aire lliure, dins les instal·lacions esportives municipals, i es regiran pel reglament general i específic de pavelló poliesportiu cobert. Al camp municipal d’esports Pista poliesportiva hi ha dues pistes exteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;22.4.2 Normativa específica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Qualsevol usuari podrà accedir a l’ instal·lació i fer-ne ús, sense que hi hagi cap tipus de restriccions, exceptuant els dies que l’ús pugui ser cedit a una entitat, club o associació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) L’Ajuntament es reserva el dret d’ocupació d’aquestes pistes per activitats pròpies ( activitats puntuals, animació, etc) .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Secció cinquena&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;22.5 Dels vestidors,casetes, (oficines).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- A més del Reglament general per usuaris, club, etc, per a l’utilització de les instal·lacions esportives municipals, s’ha de tenir en compte el reglament específic de cada instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;22.5.1 Els vestidors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Tenen accés als vestidors,els participants en l’ activitat que compleixin els requisits d’ aquest reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) En cas d’ assignació exclusiva de vestidors a un equip, la durada màxima d’utilització d’ aquesta serà des de 15 minuts abans de l’activitat esportiva fins a 15 minuts desprès d’acabada, exceptuant els casos de competicions oficials en que l’ hora d’accés esta determinada en aquest reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Cada entitat ha de designar un delegat de camp, que ha de presentar-se al camp 15 minuts abans els dies d’entrenament per tenir a la seva disposició les claus dels vestidors que li assigni l’encarregat del camp d’esports, amb les responsabilitats de: Tancar-lo mentre duri l’activitat i desprès d’utilitzar-lo, retornar la clau a l’ ajudant del camp d’esports abans d’abandonar la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) Els delegats de camp conjuntament amb els delegats d’equip, son responsables de fer complir aquest reglament, tant als esportistes de l’entitat ( o grups visitants) com al públic en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) Ni l’Ajuntament ni el personal de la instal·lació són responsables dels objectes dipositats als vestidors per part dels grups i/o persona individual que en facin ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f) Es recomana als usuaris no caminar descalços, i utilitzar xancletes de bany a l’espai de dutxes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;g) No es permet introduir cap tipus de menjar, envasos de vidre,etc, que puguin fer mal o perjudicar a la resta d’usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;h) No està permès cap tipus de joc, escaïnar ,etc, que puguin causar molèsties a la resta d’usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;i) No es permet realitzar en el vestuaris activitats d’ higiene personal,com afaitar-se o depilar-se.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;j) En tot moment els esportistes estaran acompanyats pel responsable del club, associació, entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;22.5.2. Oficines&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- A més del Reglament general per a usuaris, clubs, etc, per a la utilització de les instal·lacions esportives municipals, s’ha de tenir en compte la normativa específica de cada instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Descripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Són els espais que es troben dins el camp municipal d’esports i que normalment l’Ajuntament en cedeix l’ús als clubs , entitats o associacions, del municipi .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;22.5.2.1 Normes específiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) L’Ajuntament, podrà cedir aquests espais als clubs esportius del municipi, sempre que sigui viable i dins la clàusula inclosa al conveni signat entre el club i l’Ajuntament .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) El club, entitat o associació, té l’obligació d’efectuar la neteja de l’interior de la caseta, la protecció de la mateixa, i contractar una assegurança per robatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) El club, entitat o associació, entregarà una clau d’aquesta a l’ajudant del camp municipal d’esports i a l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) La cessió d’ús es de caràcter provisional que en cap cas pot sobrepassar la temporada esportiva en curs. No poden ser cedides a tercers i s’extingeixen pel transcurs del temps sense que calgui un requeriment previ i s’ha de renovar en cas de què l’usuari així ho desitgi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;En les instal·lacions en que es compta amb casetes, serà responsabilitat del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;el club, entitat o associació, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;la custòdia de la clau que en cas de pèrdua o rompuda de la mateixa, es farà càrrec de les despeses ocasionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;L&amp;apos;Ajuntament no es fa responsable de la pèrdua o rompuda de claus, pany, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;L’Ajuntament recomana, no dipositar dins les casetes,material o objectes de valor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;g) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;L’horari d’utilització de les casetes es farà sempre dins l’horari d’ obertura del camp municipal d’esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;h) Independentment de les possibles sancions en les que puguin incórrer els usuaris, l’ús inadequat dels materials i equipaments del pavelló municipal cobert serà objecte de sanció als responsables de cada club, associació, entitat o grup d’usuaris, com a mínim amb l’abonament dels desperfectos ocasionats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Títol II .&lt;br /&gt; Del règim sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las infraccions de les obligacions i altres normes de compliment obligat establertes en aquest reglament podran ser objecte de procediment sancionador en els termes de l’article 127 i següents de la Llei 30/92, del 26 de novembre, Reguladora Regim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, Real Decret 1398/1993 de 4 d’agost, Decret 14/1994 de 10 de febrer, així com altres normatives vigents aplicables al Règim Sancionador de les Administracions .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Els responsables de les instal·lacions, serveis i activitats tenen la facultat d’amonestar, inclús expulsar del Recinte de forma cautelar, fins a la resolució de l’informe d’ incidència, aquelles persones que no tenguin una conducta deguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 24: Infraccions lleus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Es consideren infraccions lleus les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;L’ incompliment de les normes marcades en aquest Reglament, constituirà una infracció mereixedora de sanció. Aquestes les imposarà la Batlia a proposta de la Junta de Govern prèvia tramitació del corresponent procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Es consideren infraccions lleus les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. El tracte incorrecte de qualsevol usuari, personal, tècnic, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Causar danys materials lleus a les instal·lacions, materials o equipaments per un import inferior a 100 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Incompliment de les normes específiques de cada instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 25: Infraccions greus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Es consideren infraccions greus les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. L’ incompliment continu de les obligacions dels usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. El mal tracte verbal o d’obra a altres usuaris, espectadors, monitors, socorristes, tècnics, jutges, personal de les instal·lacions esportives municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Causar d’anys greus a les instal·lacions, material, equipament, o a les persones usuàries, per un import entre 100 i 1.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. Originar per imprudència o negligència accidents greus a un mateix o a altres persones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. El falsejar intencionadament dades relatives a la seva identitat, edat, estat de salut, etc i la suplantació de identitat per l’ús del carnet d’abonat per persona diferent al titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6. L’ alteració de l’ordre a l’interior de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7. La reincidència en tres faltes lleus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 26: Infraccions molt greus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Es consideren infraccions molt greus les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Impedir l’ús de la instal·lació o d’un servei a altres persones o entitats, clubs etc amb dret a la seva utilització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Impedir o obstruir el normal funcionament de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Causar d’anys greus a les instal·lacions, material, equipament, o a les persones usuàries, per un import superior a 1.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. Agressions físiques a les persones que estan fent ús de la instal·lació, Aixa com al personal que fa feina a dins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. Acumular dues o més faltes greus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Article 27. Sancions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Els incompliments lleus, seran apercebuts per escrit a el/els infractor/ors amb la pèrdua temporal d’usuari entre un (1)dia i trenta (30)dies .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Els incompliments greus, seran sancionades fins a 500 euros i la pèrdua temporal d’usuari entre trenta-un (31) dies i cinc (5) anys, si la gravetat del fet així ho requerís.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Las infraccions molt greus, seran sancionades entre 500’01 euros i 3.000 euros o la privació definitiva d’ús de qualsevol instal·lació esportiva municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Es tendrà en compte a l’hora d’aplicar les sancions, les següents circumstàncies:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- La reiteració d’infraccions o reincidències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- L’existència d’intencionalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Gravetat i naturalesa dels danys ocasionats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La imposició de la sanció serà compatible amb l’exigència a l’infractor de la reposició de la situació alterada per ell mateix al seu estat anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Els danys que es causin a béns de titularitat municipal, els serveis tècnics municipals seran els encarregats de determinar la quantia dels mals, aquesta serà remesa a l’infractor o en el que respongui per ell, i haurà d’abonar la quantitat en els termes que es fixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Seran responsables directes de les infraccions els autors materials,excepte en el supòsit de que siguin menors d’edat, en aquest cas respondran civilment per ells els que tenguin la custòdia legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si les actuacions constitutives d’infracció son efectuades per un grup de persones conjuntament, respondran totes elles de forma solidària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Seran responsables solidaris dels danys les persones físiques o jurídiques sota les que recaigui el deure legal de prevenir les infraccions administratives que altres puguin cometre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el cas d’infraccions comeses per menors, les persones responsables de les instal·lacions esportives municipals , intentaran contactar amb el pare o mare,o tutor legal , a fi de poder ser inclòs dins els programes de l’educadora de carrer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Així mateix es podran posar els fets en coneixement de la Fiscalia de Menors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Disposicions Finals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Primera. La Junta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de Govern de&amp;nbsp; l’Ajuntament de Son Servera estudiarà les faltes comeses i el seu grau d’importància i establirà la sanció a aplicar en cada cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Segona. La Junta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de Govern de l’Ajuntament de Son&amp;nbsp; Servera aprovarà els models de convenis per cada un dels sol·licitants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tercera. La Junta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de Govern de l’Ajuntament de Son Servera es reserva el dret d’aprovar les disposicions que siguin necessàries pel bon funcionament de les instal·lacions esportives municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Quarta. La Junta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de Govern de l’Ajuntament de Son&amp;nbsp; Servera es reserva el rescindir unilateralment qualsevol dels compromisos adquirits amb els usuaris quan no compleixin el preceptuat en aquest reglament .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cinquena. Per causes de programa o qualsevol tasca de manteniment, l’Ajuntament es reserva el dret d’anular la reserva; per això, avisarà a l’usuari amb 24 hores d’antelació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Sisena. Correspondrà al Regidor/ra d’esport la cura del compliment de les normes. Així doncs, haurà de crear mecanismes necessaris per a la bona utilització de cada una de les Instal·lacions esportives municipals, segons el que determina aquest reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Setena. En tot el que no estigui previst en aquest reglament, decidirà la Junta de Govern de l’Ajuntament de Son&amp;nbsp; Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vuitena. El present reglament, entrarà en vigor un cop l’aprovi el Ple de l’Ajuntament de Son&amp;nbsp; Servera i s’hagi publicat el seu contingut al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Disposició Derogatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Queden derogats tots els reglaments i normes existents amb anterioritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
