    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En virtut del que disposa l’article 11.2 del Reglament de procediment sancionador en matèria de trànsit, circulació de vehicles de motor i seguretat viària, aprovat pel reial decret 320/1994, de 25 de Febrer, que estableixen que les notificacions en matèria de trànsit s’han d’ajustar al règim previst a la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre (modificada per la Llei 4/1999, de 13 de Febrer), per la qual s’aprova el Règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i de procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;FEIM PÚBLIC que, intentada en dues ocasions la notificació a l’interessat o al seu representant, no ha estat possible practicar la notificació, per causes no imputables a aquesta Administració. En conseqüència, mitjançant el present anunci citam els interessats perquè compareguin, a fi de notificar-los les actuacions portades a terme, que se citen a continuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lloc i termini de compareixença&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els citam, amb la finalitat que puguin ser-ne notificats mitjançant compareixença, dins els quinze dies següents al d’aquesta publicació, a l’Oficina de Recaptació de l’Ajuntament de Maó, situada al carrer Bon Aire, 7, de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Transcorregut el termini assenyalat sense que hi hagin comparegut, la notificació s’entendrà produïda a tots els efectes legals, des del dia següent al del seu venciment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
