    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 63, de 6 de maig de 2013, degut a una sèrie de problemes tècnics, es va produir una errata en el Sumari consistent en la enumeració d’un edicte que no va ser publicat, però, al cos del Butlletí esmentat. Aquest edicte va ser publicat en el Butlletí núm. 64, de dia 7 de maig de 2013..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De l’art. 3 del Decret 68/2012, de 27 de juliol, pel qual es regula el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, així com de l’art. 3.2 del Decret 6/2013, de 2 de maig, del president de les Illes Balears, pel qual s’estableixen les competències i l’estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, es desprèn que la Secretaria General de la Conselleria de Presidència es l’encarregada del &lt;em&gt;Butlletí&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això, d’acord amb els arts. 19.2 i 19.4 del Decret 68/2012, de 27 de juliol pel qual es regula el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; ,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolc&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; Rectificar l’errata advertida al Sumari &amp;nbsp;del &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 63, de 6 de maig de 2013, &amp;nbsp;que queda redactat de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
