    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Intentada sense efecte la notificació amb avis de rebuda al conductor/a o titular del vehicle denunciat, per ignorar-se el domicili o no haver trobat al mateix als interessats/as, mitjançant el present edicte, el qual es realitza també mitjançant anunci al tauler d&amp;apos;edictes de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;establert a l&amp;apos;art. 11 del RD 320/1994, de 25 de febrer, i d&amp;apos;acord amb el que preveuen els articles 59.5) i 59.6) i 61 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, modificada per la Llei 4/1999, de 13 de gener, es notifica que pel Sr. Batlle, assistit per la Junta de Govern Local, s’ha acordat la &lt;strong&gt;Resolució desestimant Recurs de Reposició,&lt;/strong&gt; presentat contra la Resolució dels expedients que a continuació es detallen, incoats per infraccions al RD 1428/2003, de 21 de novembre, pel que s’aprova el Reglament General de Circulació per l’aplicació i desenvolupament del text articulat de la Llei sobre trànsit, circulació de vehicles a motor i seguretat viària, aprovat pel RDL 339/1990, de 2 de març, i modificat per la Llei 18/2009, de 23 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Quedant advertit/a de que com disposen els articles 113.3) de la Llei 7/85 i 14.2) del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, la interposici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de Recurs de Reposici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;, no interrompr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;à&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; en cap cas, l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;’&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;acci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; administrativa pel cobrament, a menys que es sol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;·&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;liciti dintre del termini per a interposar recurs, la suspensi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;’&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;execuci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;’&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;acte impugnat, per la qual cosa ser&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;à&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; indispensable acompanyar alguna de les garanties previstes a l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;’&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;esmentat art. 14.2), que cobreixi el total de la deute tribut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;à&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ria, portant sempre aparellada l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;’&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;obligaci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de satisfer els interessos de demora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
