    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En relació amb l’assumpte de referència, i d’acord amb la Llei 16/2002, d’1 de juliol, de prevenció i control integrats de la contaminació, us comuniquem que el Ple de la CMAIB, en sessió de 28 de febrer de 2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ATÈS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.Que GAS Y ELECTRICIDAD GENERACIÓN, SAU ha sol·licitat una revisió de l’AAI consistent en la revisió dels límits d’emissió atmosfèrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.Que l’informe emès per la Secció de Contaminació Atmosfèrica de la D.G. de Medi Natural, Educació Ambiental i Canvi Climàtic és favorable a la revisió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ACORDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;informar favorablement la revisió de l’Autorització Ambiental Integrada de la CT de Maó, consistent en la revisió dels límits d’emissió atmosfèrica, amb subjecció a les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.Es modifica el punt 7 referent als condicionats de contaminació atmosfèrica de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-S’eliminen els punts 7.1 i 7.2 referents a l’acord voluntari i el conveni entre GESA i la Conselleria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Es modifiquen els límits màxims d’emissió dels motors BW.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-S’elimina el punt 7.5.13 referent als drets d’emissió dels gasos d’efecte hivernacle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Es modifica la redacció dels punts 7.5.14 i 7.6.6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Els punts referents a contaminació acústica i lumínica es traslladen al títol de seguretat i activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La redacció del punt 7 queda de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“ &lt;em&gt;7. Condicionants d’Atmosfera&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.1 Classificació com activitat potencialment contaminant de l’atmosfera&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquesta central tèrmica, a més de la seva inclusió a l’epígraf 1.1.a. de la Llei 16/2002, està inclosa en el grup A, punt 1.1.1 de l’annex II d’Activitats potencialment contaminants de l’atmosfera, del Decret 833/1975, de desenvolupament de la Llei 34/2007.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.2 Reunions amb el departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica i canvi climàtic&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;GESA GENERACIÓN es reunirà al manco una vegada a l’any amb el departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica i canvi climàtic per establir un calendari per al compliment dels objectius de qualitat de les dades d’immissions, així com les dades d’emissions, millores als equipaments, etc.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.3 Emissions &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.3.1 Els punts de mostreig de totes les xemeneies compliran els requisits de l’Ordre Ministerial de 18 d’octubre de 1976. En cas que no sigui possible es farà arribar una proposta de punt de mostreig al departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica i canvi climàtic. Ha de complir amb la normativa vigent quant a riscs laborals i disposarà de sistemes automàtics com a polipasts per a la pujada d’equips d’anàlisis i material auxiliar.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.3.2 S’ha de mantenir actualitzat el llibre de registre amb les dades d’emissions així com el llibre de registre d’operacions d’aturades, manteniment, incidències, etc d’acord amb el disposat a la Llei 34/2007, de 15 de novembre, de qualitat de l’aire i protecció de la atmosfera, i la seva normativa de desenvolupament.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.3.3 Tots els paràmetres de procés (contingut en oxigen, pressió, temperatura, …) així com les emissions de contaminants canalitzades es mesuraran i controlaran. El mètode de mesura per a cada contaminant serà preferiblement l’UNE-EN; en cas que no es pugui aplicar s’haurà de justificar la utilització d’altres mètodes, que seran, per aquest ordre: EN, UNE-ISO, UNE, i altres mètodes internacionals. Sempre que es publiquin noves normes que substitueixin les indicades, s’aplicaran les més recents. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.3.4 S’utilitzarà el mètode UNE-EN 14181: 2005 (Emisiones de fuentes estacionarias. Garantía de calidad de los sistemas automáticos de medida) per a garantir la qualitat de totes les determinacions automàtiques en continu dels contaminants. Els sistemes de mesura en continu es calibraran amb els mètodes de referència un cop a l’any, per part d’una entitat especialitzada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.3.5 Per poder definir els límits d’emissions aplicables als motors dièsel d’aquesta central s’han de tenir en compte: el Decret 833/1975, segons el disposat a la Disposició transitòria primera, sobre emissions de centrals tèrmiques de carbó o de fuel existents, del Reial Decret 430/2004; els valors històrics dels autocontrols quinzenals; així com els valors de referència indicats al document els valors històrics dels autocontrols quinzenals; així com els valors de referència indicats al document de referència BREF per a l’aplicació de les Millors Tècniques Disponibles (MTD) per aquests tipus d’instal·lacions i amb el mateix tipus de combustible elaborat per la Comissió Europea.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.3.6 S’han de mesurar en continu els contaminants SO2, NOx i partícules per als grups BW1 a BW3.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.3.7 Els valors límits d’emissió per als grups BW1 a BW3 seran els següents: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.º Diòxid de Sofre i Partícules: un 97 per cent de tots els valors mesurats de cada 48 hores no superi el 110 per cent dels valors límit d’emissió.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.º Òxids de nitrogen: un 95 per cent de tots els valors promig de cada 48 h no superi el 110 per cent dels valors límit d’emissió.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;No s’hauran de considerar en aquestes valoracions els períodes d’encès i aturada o en moments de mal funcionament o avaria d’equips de reducció contemplats a l’article 7.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.3.9 Per poder definir els límits d’emissions aplicables a les tres turbines de gas existents i la turbina que té previst entrar en funcionament el juny de 2008 s’ha de considerar la data de posada en funcionament. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les turbines de gas TG1 i TG2 estan autoritzades abans de març de 2004, i la TG3 està autoritzada el juny de 2004. Per tant, se’ls aplica la disposició transitòria tercera del Reial Decret 430/2004, sobre exclusió de l’aplicació del capítol II a les turbines de gas autoritzades abans de l’entrada en vigor d’aquest RD.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.3.10 Per tant, s’han de tenir en compte: el Decret 833/1975, segons el disposat a la Disposició transitòria tercera; el Reial Decret 430/2004; els valors històrics dels autocontrols quinzenals; les hores de funcionament durant 2007 d’aquestes turbines de gas; així com els valors de referència indicats al document de referència BREF per a l’aplicació de les Millors Tècniques Disponibles (MTD) per aquests tipus d’instal·lacions i amb el mateix tipus de combustible elaborat per la Comissió Europea.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els autocontrols es podran realitzar amb periodicitat trimestral, sempre i quan els grups funcionin únicament com a grups d’emergència, es a dir sempre que les hores de funcionament siguin inferiors a les 500 anuals. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es faran controls anuals per part d’un Organisme de Control Autoritzat (OCA).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.3.13 Amb caràcter general, les dades d’emissions es remetran en continu al departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica. Si hi ha qualque superació de límits o qualque anomalia de funcionament es notificarà immediatament desprès del seu coneixement. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Per tant, s’hauran de determinar altres possibles ubicacions on s’hauran de traslladar, d’acord amb el departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica i canvi climàtic. Les noves ubicacions hauran de complir els criteris de macro i microimplantació de la normativa d’avaluació de la qualitat de l’aire ambient.&amp;nbsp; A més a més, en virtut de l’Acord de la Comissió Permanent de Medi Ambient de data 22 de febrer de 2008, s’haurà d’instal·lar una nova estació de mesura a la ciutat de Maó.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.4.3 Els equips hauran de complir amb les normes UNE i CEN establertes i s’hauran de sotmetre a manteniment, verificació, calibratge i participació en exercicis d’intercomparació. Per tal de complir amb aquest requisit s’establirà un calendari acordat amb el departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica i canvi climàtic.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;8. Requisits de Seguretat i Activitats&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;8.1 Pla d’autoprotecció&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El titular de l&amp;apos;activitat haurà de disposar del preceptiu pla d’Emergència Interior registrat a la Direcció General competent en matèria d’Emergències i implantat a la totalitat de les instal·lacions i processos que conformen l’activitat, segons el R.D 1254/1999, de 16 de juliol, pel qual s’aproven les mesures de control dels riscos inherents als accidents greus en el que intervinguin substàncies perilloses.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;8.2 Seguretat industrial&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El titular de l’activitat haurà de:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Inscriure les instal·lacions corresponents de la Direcció General d’Indústria, segons les normatives vigents de seguretat industrial, minera, etc… Les instal·lacions previstes o existents han de complir amb la legislació vigent en matèria d’Indústria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Revisar la inscripció en el Registre Industrial, i obtenir el Document de Qualificació Empresarial.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Donar compliment al Reglament per la supressió de les barreres Arquitectòniques (Decret 20/2003) en tot el que li sigui d’aplicació. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Prevenir els riscs laborals i vetllar per la salut i seguretat dels treballadors, i aquests el deure de complir les mesures de prevenció que s’adoptin, d’acord a l’establert a la llei estatal 31/95 de prevenció dels riscs laborals. Les condicions de treball s’hauran d’ajustar a l’establert a les disposicions específiques i reglamentàries en matèria de seguretat laboral. Havent de posar especial atenció en el compliment del RD 374/2001 sobre protecció dels treballadors contra els riscs relacionats amb els agents químics durant el treball.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Fer complir als edificis de caràcter industrial les prescripcions de protecció contra incendis indicades al Reial Decret 2267/2004, de 3 de desembre, pel que s’aprova el Reglament de Seguretat contra incendis en els establiments industrials.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D’altra banda: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Les instal·lacions de protecció contra incendis i el seu manteniment s’hauran d’ajustar al disposat al Reglament d’instal·lacions de protecció contra incendis (RD1942/1993) i normes UNE corresponents.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-L’emmagatzematge de productes químics s’haurà d’adaptar al RD 379/2001, de 6 d’abril, pel qual s’aprova el Reglament d’emmagatzematge de productes químics, i les seves instruccions tècniques complementàries.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-L’emmagatzematge de productes petrolífers s’haurà d’adaptar al que disposa el RD 2085/1994&amp;nbsp; pel que es desenvolupa el Reglament d’instal·lacions de productes petrolífers, així com les seves posteriors modificacions.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Quan es realitzin ampliacions de grups de la Central, els grups que s’instal·lin hauran de ser compatibles amb l’ús del gas natural. S’emprarà gas natural en aquestes possibles ampliacions, així com en aquells grups actuals que hi siguin compatibles amb l’ús de gas natural, sempre que aquest combustible ja estigui disponible.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;8.3 Contaminació Acústica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;S&amp;apos;efectuarà una campanya anual de caracterització real dels nivells de renou emesos a l&amp;apos;exterior durant les diverses fases típiques de l&amp;apos;operació (engegaments, etc.) en horari nocturn i diürn, per la comprovació del compliment dels límits establerts a la normativa autonòmica vigent en aquesta matèria, es a dir, la disposició addicional quinzena de la Llei 25/2006, de 27 de desembre, de mesures tributàries i administratives, i la Llei 1/2007, contra la contaminació acústica a les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;8.4 Contaminació lumínica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es complirà amb allò que estableix la Llei 3/2005 de 20 d’abril, de protecció del medi nocturn de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.Es modifica el punt 9.3 de Control Documental per tal de distingir entre el control que periòdicament els organismes de control han de presentar davant de l’administració competent de l’informe anual que s’ha de presentar davant l’òrgan ambiental. A més, s’elimina de l’autorització ambiental integrada l’informe sobre drets d’emissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;9.3 Control documental&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.3.1 Control documental periòdic&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Els informes anuals d’emissions de contaminants a l’atmosfera realitzats per un Organisme de control autoritzat (OCA), d’acord amb el disposat al Decret 104/2010, de 10 de setembre, i al Reial Decret 100/2011, de 29 de gener, seran tramesos per part de l’OCA al departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.3.2 Informe anual&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El titular de l’activitat enviarà a l’Òrgan Ambiental encarregat de tramitar l’AAI un únic informe del període precedent, abans de l’1 de març, en el que s’inclourà: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Residus&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;+La declaració anual de residus d’acord amb allò que disposa l’article 41.1 de la Llei 22/2011 i l’article 18 del RD 833/1988.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;+Declaració anual dels aparells sotmesos a l’inventari previst al punt tercer del RD 228/2006.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Emissions i immissions al medi hídric&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;+Informe anual sobre els buidats de les fosses sèptiques de les aigües sanitàries.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;+Informe anual sobre els punts i volums mensuals d’extracció de les aigües subterrànies&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;+L’informe anual dels paràmetres&amp;nbsp; indicats al pla de vigilància i control de l’abocament de la terra a la mar recollit a la present AAI de l’efluent procedent de la central, de les aigües marines receptores i dels sediments i organismes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Renous&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;+Informe anual en el que es remetran els controls d’emissions de renous.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-En caràcter general &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;+Les dades exigides pel RD 508/2007 i Reglament (CE) 166/2006, de 18 de gener, s’hauran de comunicar telemàticament al Registre informàtic PRTR-Espanya, dins els terminis que pertoquin, de forma anual. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;+L’Òrgan Ambiental encarregat de tramitar les AAI trametrà a cada Direcció General o administració competent la documentació de la que tingui competències.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;+Tota la informació que sigui susceptible de tractament informàtic s’aportarà en paper i en format informàtic estàndard.&lt;/em&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquest acord, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el Ple de la Comissió de Medi Ambient de les Illes Balears en el termini d’un mes comptador des de l’endemà d’haver-ne rebut&amp;nbsp; la notificació, d’acord amb l’article 117 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques&amp;nbsp; i del procediment administratiu comú, i l’article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l’endemà d’haver rebut la notificació de l’acord, d’acord amb l’article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
