    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;Atès que no ha estat possible la notificació de les resolucions i d’acord amb el que disposa l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, mitjançant aquest anunci &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;es notifica a les persones físiques o jurídiques interessades, que no s’han esmenat les deficiències d’inspecció notificades als interessats en el termini atorgat a tal efecte i per tant, s’ha dictat resolució per la qual es declara la cancel·lació de les inscripcions d’inici d’activitat turística i s’ordena la suspensió de l’activitat dels establiments de restauració, que s’indiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l’endemà d’haver rebut la notificació de la resolució, d’acord amb l’article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
