&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/span&gt; Aprovar la convocatòria de subvencions per a associacions i/o entitats privades sense ànim de lucre a l’àmbit de Formentera en matèria d´acció social (activitats d’associacions i/o entitats privades sense ànim de lucre amb tasques destinades a l’atenció i millora de les condicions de vida dels majors, menors, persones amb discapacitat, malalts mentals i d’altres malalties cròniques, així com, aquelles persones en situació o risc d’exclusió social) corresponent a l’any 2013 per un import total de 31.000 € (trenta i un mil euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/span&gt; Autoritzar el pagament per un import de 31.000 euros (trenta i un mil euros) amb càrrec a la partida 2013 / 1 / 231 / 48000 / 01 del pressupost de l´any 2013 del Consell Insular de Formentera amb un límit màxim d´ajuda per associació de&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; 14.000 €&lt;/span&gt; (catorze mil euros). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/span&gt; Publicar les Bases presents al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, al tauler d´anuncis del Consell Insular de Formentera i a la pàgina web d´aquesta Administració als efectes legals oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;QUART.-&lt;/span&gt; Obrir un termini per a la presentació de sol·licituds segons el previst a la base sisena de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;ANNEX&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;Bases per a la convocatòria de subvencions per a associacions i/o entitats privades sense ànim de lucre a l´illa de Formentera en matèria d´actuacions a l´àmbit sociosanitari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;És objecte d&amp;apos;aquestes bases regular la convocatòria pública per a la concessió de subvencions, per al foment de programes i actuacions a l’àmbit sociosanitari que contribueixin a una millora de les prestacions sociosanitàries a l’àmbit de l’illa de Formentera, i promoure aquelles activitats d’associacions i/o entitats privades sense ànim de lucre amb tasques destinades a l’atenció i millora de les condicions de vida dels majors dependents, persones amb discapacitat, persones amb malaltia mental i d’altres malalties cròniques, així com, aquelles persones en situació o risc d’exclusió social, per l&amp;apos;any 2013. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les subvencions es concediran en règim de concurrència competitiva amb la finalitat de promoure el desenvolupament de programes i actuacions que contribueixin a una millora de les prestacions sociosanitàries a l’àmbit de l’illa de Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;El pressupost per a aquesta convocatòria és de 31.000 € (trenta-un mil euros) amb càrrec a la partida pressupostaria &lt;/span&gt;2013 / 1 / 231 / 48000 / 01&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; dels pressupostos generals del Consell Insular de Formentera per l’any 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Requisits generals i criteris objectius que han de regir l’atorgament de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Podran sol·licitar la subvenció les associacions i altres entitats privades sense ànim de lucre que es dediquin a l’atenció i millora dels col·lectius assenyalats al punt 1 d&amp;apos;aquestes bases i que reuneixin els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tenir el seu domicili social a Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el supòsit de no acomplir el requisit de l&amp;apos;apartat a), també podran sol·licitar aquesta subvenció les entitats o associacions amb domicili social dins de l’àmbit territorial de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, sempre i quan comptin amb representació a l’illa i desenvolupin la seua activitat o ofereixin atenció i suport psicosocial a residents de Formentera fora de l&amp;apos;illa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estar legalment constituïdes i registrades al Registre Central de Serveis Socials de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Disposar de l’estructura i capacitat suficient per garantir el compliment de l’activitat per a la qual se sol·licita la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No haver rebut cap altra subvenció del Consell Insular de Formentera, ni tenir firmat algun conveni amb aquesta Corporació, durant l&amp;apos;any 2013, pels mateixos conceptes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estar al corrent de les seues obligacions tributàries amb l’Estat, amb la Comunitat Autònoma i amb el Consell Insular de Formentera, i de Seguretat Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estar constituïda un any abans de la presentació de la sol·licitud de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En qualsevol cas, no en poden ser beneficiàries les associacions o entitats en què concorri alguna de les prohibicions establertes a l’art. 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Activitats objecte de subvenció i límit d&amp;apos;aquesta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Són objecte d’aquesta subvenció les següents activitats dutes a terme entre el dia 16 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2012 fins al dia 15 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2013 , ambdós inclosos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El manteniment de serveis no residencials. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les activitats, programes o projectes que es desenvolupin dins l’àmbit territorial de Formentera, així com les desenvolupades per entitats o associacions amb domicili social a les Illes Balears que ofereixin atenció i suport psicosocial a residents de Formentera fora de l&amp;apos;illa, dirigides a l’atenció i millora dels col·lectius assenyalats anteriorment al punt 1 d&amp;apos;aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es podrà subvencionar fins al 75% del pressupost total del projecte presentat per cada associació/entitat, amb un màxim de CATORZE MIL EUROS (14.000€). Excepcionalment, en funció de la disponibilitat pressupostària i la valoració de les sol·licituds per la comissió tècnica avaluadora, es podrà subvencionar fins a la totalitat del projecte presentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Règim de les subvencions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les subvencions regulades en aquestes bases no són incompatibles amb qualsevol altra sol·licitada a una altra institució pública o privada pel mateix concepte. En aquest cas, l’import no pot ser, en cap cas, d’una quantia que, aïlladament o conjuntament amb subvencions o ajudes de la mateixa administració o d’altres entitats públiques o privades, superi el cost de l’activitat que el beneficiari ha de realitzar o el valor de la situació objecte de finançament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La consignació pressupostària es repartirà proporcionalment al pressupost total de l’activitat, entre els interessats que compleixin amb els requisits del punt 3 d’aquestes bases. En tot cas, com a conseqüència de l’aplicació d’aquesta regla de prorrateig, no es pot atribuir una subvenció per un import superior al que s’ha sol·licitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els ajuts no generen cap dret a l’obtenció d’altres subvencions en exercicis posteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les sol·licituds es formalitzaran mitjançant instància, segons el model normalitzat que figura com a annex 1 d’aquesta convocatòria. Les sol·licituds es dirigiran a la Presidència del Consell Insular de Formentera (CIF) i es presentaran en el Registre de l&amp;apos;Oficina d&amp;apos;Atenció al Ciutadà (OAC) (C/ de Ramon Llull, núm. 6 baixos, en horari d&amp;apos;atenció al públic de 9 a 14 hores ) o en qualsevol de les formes establertes a l’art. 38 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El termini per a la presentació de les sol·licituds serà de trenta dies naturals comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà d’haver-se publicat aquesta convocatòria al Butlletí oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A més, aquestes bases s’exposaran en el tauler d’anuncis de l’Oficina d’Atenció al Ciutadà (OAC), i a la pàgina web del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les sol·licituds hauran d’anar acompanyades de la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Document que acrediti que la persona sol·licitant és el/la representant legal de l’entitat privada o associació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Còpia compulsada del document nacional d’identitat del/de la representant legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Còpia compulsada de la targeta d’identificació fiscal (CIF) de l’entitat o associació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) Còpia compulsada del document acreditatiu de la inscripció de l’entitat o associació al corresponent Registre d&amp;apos;entitats ciutadanes del Consell Insular de Formentera, en el cas de tenir domicili social a l&amp;apos;illa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) Còpia compulsada de la declaració d&amp;apos;entitat d&amp;apos;interès públic, si està reconeguda com a tal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f) Còpia compulsada de la resolució d’inscripció al Registre Central de Serveis Socials de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g) Còpia compulsada de la resolució d’autorització de funcionament com a servei social o centre, en cas d&amp;apos;estar reconegut com a tal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;h) Còpia compulsada dels estatuts degudament legalitzats, en els quals haurà de constar explícitament la inexistència d’ànim de lucre així com l’àmbit territorial de l’entitat o associació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;i) Memòria explicativa de l’activitat per a la qual se sol·licita subvenció, segons model normalitzat que figura com a annex II d’aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;j) Pressupost específic d’ingressos i despeses de l’activitat per a la qual se sol·licita la subvenció, segons model normalitzat que figura com a annex III d’aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;k) Declaració responsable signada pel representant legal de l’entitat de no estar sotmesa a cap de les circumstàncies que determinen la impossibilitat d’obtenir la condició d’entitat beneficiària de les subvencions públiques recollides en l’article l’art. 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions. Segons model normalitzat que figura com a annex IV d’aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;l) Certificat d’estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i de la Seguretat Social davant l’Administració de l’Estat, la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i del Consell Insular de Formentera. Quan aquesta acreditació no es pugui expedir per l’autoritat competent, pot ser substituïda per una declaració responsable atorgada davant notari públic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;m) Certificat de compte bancari, expedit necessàriament a nom de l’associació o entitat beneficiària de l’ajuda i segellat per l&amp;apos;entitat bancària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;n) Certificat del secretari/secretària de l&amp;apos;entitat o associació, on consti:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. En cas d’haver rebut subvencions o ajudes d&amp;apos;altres entitats o administracions, declaració jurada que el conjunt de les subvencions rebudes no supera el cost de l&amp;apos;activitat que el beneficiari ha de realitzar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Nombre total de persones ateses a l’illa de Formentera, o nombre total de persones ateses de Formentera, en cas que siguin entitats o associacions amb domicili social a les Illes Balears que ofereixin atenció i suport psicosocial a residents de Formentera fora de l&amp;apos;illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Disposar de l’estructura i capacitat suficient per garantir el compliment de l’activat per a la qual se sol·licita la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Que l’entitat o associació es va constituir fa més d’un any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si la instància o documentació presentades fossin incorrectes o incompletes, per part del CIF, es requerirà la subsanació necessària, que haurà de realitzar-se en el termini de deu dies hàbils, a partir de la notificació del corresponent requeriment. Si en aquest termini les persones interessades no realitzen aquesta esmena o no presenten la documentació requerida, el Consell Insular de Formentera considerarà que desisteixen de la seua petició, prèvia resolució, d’acord amb l’art. 71.1 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. Criteris de valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Només seran valorats aquells projectes que compleixin amb els requisits assenyalats en el punt 3 d’aquesta convocatòria i compleixin amb l&amp;apos;objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta. En la valoració dels projectes es tendran en compte els següents aspectes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Repercussió social en el municipi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Caire innovador i/o inèdit de les actuacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Accessibilitat del públic en general a les activitats, nombre de beneficiaris directes o indirectes de l’activitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Concreció, qualitat i claredat del programa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Viabilitat tècnica i econòmica del programa presentat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Nivell d’autofinançament• Significació i/o arrelament al municipi de l’entitat sol·licitant&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Nombre de persones voluntàries de l’entitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Cost de l’activitat desenvolupada (el pressupost d’ingressos i despeses per al desenvolupament de les actuacions a subvencionar, per la qual cosa se n’adjunta detall)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Declaració d&amp;apos;entitat d&amp;apos;interès públic, si està reconeguda com a tal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Resolució d’autorització de funcionament com a servei social o centre d&amp;apos;acord amb el projecte presentat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;•Esforç organitzatiu, tant des del punt de vista humà, com estructural i/o econòmic desplegat per al desenvolupament del programa d’activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;8. Comissió tècnica avaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta Comissió és un òrgan col·legiat format per 5 membres de l’àrea de Benestar Social que designarà el/la conseller/a d&amp;apos;aquesta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;President/a: el director del Centre d&amp;apos;Estades diürnes de Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Suplent: el cap de Servei de l&amp;apos;àrea de Benestar Social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vocals: tres tècnics de l&amp;apos;àrea de Benestar social, Joventut i Igualtat del Consell de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Suplents: tres tècnics de la mateixa àrea, designats pels vocals titulars. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Secretari/ària: secretari/ària del Consell Insular de Formentera o funcionari/ària en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Comissió Avaluadora té atribuïdes les següents funcions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Examinar les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Analitzar i valorar les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Formular informe proposta de concessió i denegació de les ajudes, degudament motivada, que ha de servir de base per elaborar la resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9. Instrucció &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’òrgan instructor del procediment és l&amp;apos;àrea de Benestar Social, Joventut i Igualtat del Consell Insular de Formentera, que ha de dur a terme les actuacions necessàries per a la determinació, el coneixement i la comprovació de les dades en virtut de les quals s’ha de dictar resolució, en el marc de l’article 16 Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En concret, correspon a l’òrgan instructor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Determinar les associacions/entitats admeses a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Resoldre els dubtes d’interpretació que puguin sorgir en relació amb les bases reguladores de la subvenció i la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sol·licitar l’informe proposta de la Comissió Avaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sol·licitar els informes que siguin necessaris per elaborar la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Requerir els documents complementaris que es considerin necessaris per tenir coneixement de les circumstàncies peculiars de cada cas, a l’efecte de garantir la inversió correcta dels recursos pressupostaris destinats a les ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;10. Resolució i notificació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Amb fonament en l’informe proposta de la Comissió Avaluadora, el/la conseller/a de l’àrea de Benestar Social, Joventut i Igualtat elevarà proposta d&amp;apos;acord a la Comissió de Govern. Aquesta, com a òrgan competent, és l’encarregada de decidir la concessió o denegació de les subvencions, i expressarà la llista de associacions/entitats beneficiàries proposades per a l’atorgament de subvenció i la quantia, així com de les sol·licituds excloses, amb indicació de la causa d’exclusió. Posteriorment, i una vegada justificat per part de les associacions i/o entitats beneficiàries les despeses realitzades, es dictarà una Resolució de Presidència amb aquesta llista de subvencions atorgades i denegades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Resolució de Presidència es farà pública en el tauler d’anuncis de la corporació, a l’efecte previst a l’art. 59,6 b de la Llei 30/92, de 26 de novembre, i de conformitat amb l’art. 34, 2c del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions, i també a la pàgina web: www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;11. Obligacions de les associacions i/o entitats beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les entitats i/o associacions beneficiàries de les subvencions, en compliment del que disposa el Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears, quedaran sotmeses, entre d’altres, a les obligacions següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dur a terme l’activitat o la inversió o adoptar el comportament que fonamenta la concessió de la subvenció i presentar una memòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Justificar la realització de l’activitat, com també el compliment dels requisits i les condicions que determinen la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sotmetre’s a les actuacions de comprovació que dugui a terme el Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Comunicar a aquest Consell Insular l’obtenció d’altres subvencions per a la mateixa finalitat, dins el termini de tres dies hàbils des de l’obtenció de la subvenció concurrent i, en qualsevol cas, abans de justificar l’aplicació que s’hagi de donar als fons percebuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Deixar constància de la percepció i l’aplicació de la subvenció en els llibres de comptabilitat o en els llibres registre que hagi de dur el beneficiari d’acord amb la legislació mercantil o fiscal que sigui aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Conservar els documents justificatius de l’aplicació dels fons percebuts mentre puguin ser objecte d’actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Reintegrar els fons percebuts en els supòsits previst en l’article 44 Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Presentar una memòria explicativa de l’execució de l’activitat objecte de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Així mateix, també queden sotmeses a totes aquelles altres obligacions que es derivin de l’esmentat Decret legislatiu, de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i el seu Reglament, aprovat per Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol (BOE núm. 176, de 25 de juliol de 2006), en tot allò que hi sigui d’aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Respecte a les activitats subvencionades, es farà constar en un indret privilegiat i visible l’escut oficial del Consell Insular amb el següent text: Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;12. Pagament de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El pagament de la subvenció es tramitarà únicament una vegada realitzades les despeses objecte de subvenció, i s’hagi emès informe tècnic favorable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per al pagament de la subvenció concedida, s’haurà de justificar el 100% del pressupost presentat, amb la presentació de les corresponents factures. Si la quantitat justificada per l’associació és inferior a la pressupostada, la quantia de l’ajuda es reduirà en la mateixa proporció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La justificació de les despeses objecte de subvenció es durà a terme fins al dia 15 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2013, mitjançant la presentació de factures originals, la suma de les quals serà igual, com a mínim, al pressupost presentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Transcorregut el termini per justificar i/o esmenar la justificació, no s’acceptarà cap factura, de manera que només es pagarà la quantitat justificada dins l’esmentat termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La justificació de les despeses objecte de subvenció es durà a terme mitjançant escrit (amb relació detallada de cada un dels documents que s’adjuntin, així com, l’import total de la justificació que presenten), i es presentarà en el Registre de l&amp;apos;Oficina d&amp;apos;Atenció Ciutadana (OAC, c/ de Ramon Llull, núm. 6 baixos, en horari d&amp;apos;atenció al públic de 9 a 14 hores) o en qualsevol de les formes establertes a l’art. 38 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, modificada mitjançant la Llei 4/99, de 13 de gener.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A l’escrit s’haurà d’adjuntar la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les factures originals justificatives de les despeses originades com a conseqüència de l’execució de les activitats objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el cas que es justifiquin despeses corresponents al personal contractat per l’entitat s’hauran de presentar: nòmines originals, TC2 originals, rebut de liquidació de cotitzacions original (TC1) i resum de les nòmines de cada treballador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Memòria justificativa de les activitats dutes a terme&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per al pagament de la subvenció es podrà sol·licitar qualsevol altre tipus de documentació o informe que els tècnics de l&amp;apos;àrea de Benestar Social, Joventut i Igualtat del Consell Insular de Formentera, considerin adients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;13. Revocació de les subvencions concedides&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D’acord amb el que disposa l’article 43 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, s’ha de revocar la subvenció quan, posteriorment a la resolució de concessió vàlida i ajustada a dret, el beneficiari incompleix total o parcialment les obligacions o els compromisos contrets als quals està condicionada l’eficàcia de l’acte de concessió de la subvenció. En tal cas, quedarà sense efecte l’acte de concessió, total o parcialment, i es reintegraran al Consell Insular de Formentera les quantitats percebudes indegudament a més de l’interès de demora corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;14. Llei orgànica 15/1999, de 13 de desembre, de protecció de dades de caràcter personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D’acord amb la Llei orgànica 15/1999, de 13 de desembre, de protecció de dades de caràcter personal, es posa de manifest que la informació facilitada pels peticionaris d’aquests ajuts serà tractada en un fitxer degudament protegit per a la gestió d’aquest programa. Les persones interessades podran sol·licitar a l’administració l’exercici dels seus drets d’accés, rectificació, cancel·lació i oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Amb la presentació de la sol·licitud i la resta de la documentació requerida per participar en aquest programa, l’interessat autoritza el Consell Insular de Formentera a facilitar les dades aportades a qualsevol altra administració o organisme sempre que així ho requereixi expressament per al compliment de les seues obligacions específiques i garanteixi, igualment, la confidencialitat de la informació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Règim d’infraccions i sancion&lt;/strong&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’incompliment de les obligacions que contreuen de les persones beneficiàries pot donar lloc al règim sancionador previst a la normativa vigent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La resolució de concessió de les ajudes exhaureix la via administrativa i i davant de la mateixa es pot interposar, o bé, recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l’ha dictada, és a dir, davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en el termini d’un mes des de la notificació, o bé, recurs contenciós-administratiu davant els jutjats de lo contenciós-administratiu de Palma de Mallorca, en el termini de dos mesos des de la notificació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
