&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En data de 27 de març de 2013, el&amp;nbsp; batle de l’Ajuntament de Santa Margalida va dictar les següents resolucions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“DECRET DE CONSTITUCIÓ DE LA JUNTA DE GOVERN LOCAL I MEMBRES QUE LA INTEGREN, RÈGIM DE SESSIONS I COMPETÈNCIES DELEGADES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb el que preveuen els articles 20-1-b-), i 23 de la Llei 7/85, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local, en concordança amb els articles 23 i 88 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, en virtut de les quals es regula l’obligatorietat d’existència en aquest Municipi de la Junta de Govern Local, aquesta Batlia, en ús de les atribu­cions que legalment tinc conferides&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;HE RESOLT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PRIMER.- La Junta de Govern Local, òrgan Col·legiat Municipal de caràcter obligatori, sota la Presidència d’aquesta Batlia, estarà formada per els regidors següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Beatriz Gamundí Molina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Antonia Perelló Llull&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Joan Monjo Estelrich&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Martí Joan Fornés Cerdó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Eugenio Garrido Vivas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SEGON.- La Junta de Govern Local celebrarà les seves sessions ordinàries, amb la periodicitat&amp;nbsp; que va ser acordada a&amp;nbsp; la sessió extraordinària de l’Ajuntament Ple de dia 4 de juliol de 2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les sessions ordinàries es duran a terme els dilluns no festius, a les 12.30 hores, en les dependències d’aquesta Casa Consistorial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el cas de coincidència del dia previst per a la celebració de sessió ordinària amb alguna festivitat,&amp;nbsp; la sessió se celebrarà el dia hàbil següent, amb el mateix caràcter ordinari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;TERCER.- La Junta de Govern Local, la compe­tència bàsica de la qual és la de prestar assistència a aquesta Batlia en l’exercici de les seves atribucions i coneixerà els assumptes que el Batle o el Ple de l’Ajuntament li delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;QUART.- Ratificar i donar per reproduït el Decret de Batlia de dia 20 de juny de 2011 (núm. 405)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; referent a les delegacions de competències a favor de la Junta de Govern Local, les quals varen ser acceptades per la Junta de Govern Local en la sessió extraordinària de dia 27 de juny de 2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;CINQUÈ - Donar compte d’aquesta resolució a la primera sessió plenària que se celebri.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“DECRET DE NOMENAMENT DE TINENTS DE BATLE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que en sessió extraordinària urgent de l’Ajuntament Ple de dia 26 de març de 2013 vaig ser elegit batle de l’Ajuntament de Santa Margalida, resulta necessari procedir a l’establiment de la nova organització municipal, en particular pel que fa a la designació dels tinents de batle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès allò que disposa l’article 21-2 i 23 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d’abril, Reguladora de les bases del règim local, en concordança amb l’article 38 i següents del ROF, la designació dels tinent de batle és competència d’aquesta Batlia, que haurà de procedir al seu nomenament, mitjançant Decret, d’entre els membres de la Junta de Govern Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això, aquesta Batlia Presidència, en ús de les&amp;nbsp; atribucions que legalment tinc conferides &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;HE RESOLT:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PRIMER.- Nomenar tinents de batle als regidors i regidores municipals, membres de la Junta de Govern Local, que a continuació es relacionen, els quals substituiran a aquesta Batlia, per ordre de nomenament, en els casos de vacant, absència o malaltia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Primer tinent-batle:&amp;nbsp; Beatriz Gamundí Molina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SEGON.- &amp;nbsp;La present resolució tindrà eficà­cia a partir del dia de la seva signatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;TERCER.- Donar compte del present Decret al Ple de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament en la primera sessió que se celebri.·&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta Batlia d’acord amb el que disposa l’article 21 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d’abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local (LRBRL), per la present&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;RESOL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que totes les competències que no es poden delegar, juntament amb les delegables que no s’han delegades seran exercitades directament per aquesta Batlia, singularment les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Orientació i assessorament en temes propis de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Pressupost (elaboració, modificacions, gestió i liquidació)”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“RESOLUCIÓ DE BATLIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DELEGACIÓ GENÈRICA A LA PRIMERA TINENT DE BATLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta Batlia té atribuïda per llei la facultat de delegar determinades atribucions, d&amp;apos;acord amb el disposat a l&amp;apos;article 21.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril, reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local (LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Raons d&amp;apos;oportunitat i conveniència en comptes d&amp;apos;una agilització i millora del servei, aconsella delegar les atribucions d&amp;apos;àrea que tot seguit es diran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En conseqüència, vists, entre d&amp;apos;altres, els articles 21.3 de la LRBRL, i 43,44,120,121 del Reglament d&amp;apos;organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les Entitats Locals (ROFJEL), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1r. Delegar en la primera tinent de batle, Sra. Beatriz Gamundí Molina, l’exercici de les atribucions corresponents a la responsabilitat de la direcció de les àrees següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;POLICIA, FESTES, CULTURA,&amp;nbsp; SERVEIS SOCIALS I RESPONSABLE FESTES DE SANTA MARGALIDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2n. Les facultats delegades comprenen l’exercici de les competències sobre les matèries següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Policia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
  &lt;ul&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Seguretat a llocs públics&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Ordenació del tràfic de vehicles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Protecció civil i prevenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Transport públic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Festes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Les delegacions esmentades comprenen tant les facultats de direcció interna dels&amp;nbsp; serveis així com les de gestionar-los en general, però sense incloure la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin a tercers, i sense abastar, en cap cas, la resolució dels recursos administratius interposats contra els actes de tràmit que hagi dictat el regidor delegat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4t. De conformitat amb el que disposa l’article 44 del Reglament d’organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, aprovat per Real decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, aquestes delegacions tindran efecte des del dia següent a la data de notificació d’aquest Decret als regidors afectats i seran de caràcter indefinit, sense perjudici de la potestat d’advocació d’aquesta Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas d’absència, vacant malaltia&amp;nbsp; o qualsevol altre impediment dels regidors delegats, aquesta Batlia assumirà, directa i automàticament, les competències delegades, com a titular de la competència originaria, entenent-se a aquests efectes exercitada la potestat d’advocació en base a la present Resolució, sense necessitat d’una nova resolució expressa en aquest sentit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Xarxa aigua potable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3r. Les delegacions esmentades comprenen tant les facultats de direcció interna dels&amp;nbsp; serveis així com les de gestionar-los en general, però sense incloure la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin a tercers, i sense abastar, en cap cas, la resolució dels recursos administratius interposats contra els actes de tràmit que hagi dictat el regidor delegat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4t. De conformitat amb el que disposa l’article 44 del Reglament d’organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, aprovat per Real decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, aquestes delegacions tindran efecte des del dia següent a la data de notificació d’aquest Decret als regidors afectats i seran de caràcter indefinit, sense perjudici de la potestat d’advocació d’aquesta Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas d’absència, vacant malaltia&amp;nbsp; o qualsevol altre impediment dels regidors delegats, aquesta Batlia assumirà, directa i automàticament, les competències delegades, com a titular de la competència originaria, entenent-se a aquests efectes exercitada la potestat d’advocació en base a la present Resolució, sense necessitat d’una nova resolució expressa en aquest sentit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5è. Notificar aquesta Resolució als regidors afectats, entenent-se acceptada la competència delegada de forma tàcita, si en el termini de 24 hores següents no se manifesta res en contra o es fa ús de la delegació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Les delegacions esmentades comprenen tant les facultats de direcció interna dels&amp;nbsp; serveis així com les de gestionar-los en general, però sense incloure la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin a tercers, i sense abastar, en cap cas, la resolució dels recursos administratius interposats contra els actes de tràmit que hagi dictat el regidor delegat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4t. De conformitat amb el que disposa l’article 44 del Reglament d’organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, aprovat per Real decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, aquestes delegacions tindran efecte des del dia següent a la data de notificació d’aquest Decret als regidors afectats i seran de caràcter indefinit, sense perjudici de la potestat d’advocació d’aquesta Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas d’absència, vacant malaltia&amp;nbsp; o qualsevol altre impediment dels regidors delegats, aquesta Batlia assumirà, directa i automàticament, les competències delegades, com a titular de la competència originaria, entenent-se a aquests efectes exercitada la potestat d’advocació en base a la present Resolució, sense necessitat d’una nova resolució expressa en aquest sentit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3r. Les delegacions esmentades comprenen tant les facultats de direcció interna dels&amp;nbsp; serveis així com les de gestionar-los en general, però sense incloure la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin a tercers, i sense abastar, en cap cas, la resolució dels recursos administratius interposats contra els actes de tràmit que hagi dictat el regidor delegat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4t. De conformitat amb el que disposa l’article 44 del Reglament d’organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, aprovat per Real decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, aquestes delegacions tindran efecte des del dia següent a la data de notificació d’aquest Decret als regidors afectats i seran de caràcter indefinit, sense perjudici de la potestat d’advocació d’aquesta Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas d’absència, vacant malaltia&amp;nbsp; o qualsevol altre impediment dels regidors delegats, aquesta Batlia assumirà, directa i automàticament, les competències delegades, com a titular de la competència originaria, entenent-se a aquests efectes exercitada la potestat d’advocació en base a la present Resolució, sense necessitat d’una nova resolució expressa en aquest sentit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5è. Notificar aquesta Resolució als regidors afectats, entenent-se acceptada la competència delegada de forma tàcita, si en el termini de 24 hores següents no se manifesta res en contra o es fa ús de la delegació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6è. Les delegacions conferides requeriran per a la seva eficàcia l&amp;apos;acceptació de regidor delegat, es publicaran al BOIB i d&amp;apos;elles se&amp;apos;n donarà compte al Ple de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament en la primera sessió que tengui lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7è. El regidor delegat queda obligat a informar a aquesta Batlia sobre la gestió i les disposicions que dicti, i prèviament, de les decisions de transcendència en els termes prevists a l&amp;apos;article 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el no previst en aquesta resolució regiran la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d’abril, reguladora de bases de règim local; la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears,&amp;nbsp; i el Reglament d&amp;apos;organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, en el marc de les regles que per a les delegacions s&amp;apos;estableixen a dites normes.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
