&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;1.-&lt;/strong&gt;Escrit de la directora general de Patrimoni, Contractes i Obres Públiques de dia 30 de novembre de 2011 en què posa de manifest la necessitat de reorganitzar espais, reduir arrendaments i renegociar els arrendaments que la Conselleria d’Educació, Cultura i Universitats no pugui prescindir.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;2.-&lt;/strong&gt;El 21 de març de 2012, &lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;la directora general de Patrimoni, Contractes i Obres Públiques&lt;/span&gt; va dictar Resolució &lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;d&amp;apos;anotació en l&amp;apos;Inventari General de Bens i Drets de la CAIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt; relativa a la modificació de la renda mensual i exclusió de pagament de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&amp;apos;IBI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt; per part de l’arrendatària en els casos en què estigués estipulat, de 27 contractes d’arrendament de la Conselleria d’Educació, Cultura i Universitats, modificació aplicable a partir de l’1 de gener de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; Entre els 27 arrendaments consten els locals de l&amp;apos;edifici situat al passatge de Guillem de Torrella, 1, de Palma.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt;-Dia 13 de març de 2013, té entrada en el registre de la Conselleria d’Administracions Públiques l’ofici de la secretària general de la Conselleria d’Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 5 de març de 2013, de remissió de documentació relativa a una nova reducció de la renda mensual, dels locals de l&amp;apos;edifici situat al passatge de Guillem de Torrella, 1, de Palma, pel període comprès entre l&amp;apos;1 de març de 2013 fins el 31 de desembre de 2014. La documentació d’aquest expedient, es la següent:&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; -Memòries justificatives de la modificació de la renda mensual, signades per la secretària general de la Conselleria d’Educació, Cultura i Universitats.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; -Documents d’acceptació de la nova renda mensual, signats pels diferents propietaris dels immobles.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;.-L’article 65 i següents de la Llei 6/2001, d’11 d’abril, del patrimoni de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 49, de 24 d’abril de 2001), que regulen els arrendaments d’immobles a favor de la comunitat autònoma, i l’article 87.i de la mateixa llei, que atribueix al conseller competent en matèria de patrimoni la tramitació i l’aprovació dels arrendaments de béns immobles.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;2.-&lt;/strong&gt;Els articles 131 a 138 del Decret 127/2005, de 16 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el Reglament de desplegament de la Llei 6/2001, d’11 d’abril, del patrimoni de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 192, de 24 de desembre de 2005).&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;3.-&lt;/strong&gt;El Decret 10/2011, de 18 de juny, del president de les Illes Balears, pel qual es determina la composició del Govern i s&amp;apos;estableix l’estructura de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 91 ext., de 20 de juny).&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt;-El Decret 11/2011, de 18 de juny, del president de les Illes Balears, pel qual es disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 91 ext., de 20 de juny).&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;5.-&lt;/strong&gt;El Decret 12/2011, de 18 de juny, del president de les Illes Balears, pel qual s’estableixen les competències i l’estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 91 ext., de 20 de juny).&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;6.&lt;/strong&gt;-El Decret 81/2011, de 22 de juliol, pel qual es nomena la directora general de Patrimoni, Contractes i Obres Públiques de la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Administracions Públiques (BOIB núm. 112, de 23 de juliol).&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; Per tot això, elev a la consideració del conseller d&amp;apos;Administracions Públiques la següent:&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Proposta de resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; Notificar aquesta Resolució a la Conselleria d’Educació, Cultura i Universitats, sens perjudici que s’hagi de tramitar el corresponent procediment econòmic financer.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;Anotar aquesta modificació en l’Inventari General de Béns i Drets de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
