    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es fa públic que, per acord del&amp;nbsp;Consell General de la Reserva de data 5 de setembre de 2012 es va aprovar la dissolució del Consorci Menorca de Reserva de Biosfera, així com la innecessarietat d&amp;apos;obrir cap fase de liquidació del consorci, atesa la manca d&amp;apos;activitat econòmica prèvia, tot acordant-se així mateix la remissió de l&amp;apos;acord a la resta d&amp;apos;administracions fundadores per tal que en fessin la tramitació pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès l&amp;apos;acord del Consell de Govern de la Comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears de data 5 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2012 ( BOIB núm. 148 d&amp;apos;11.10.2012), pel qual es ratifica l&amp;apos;acord del Consell General de la Reserva de data 5 de setembre de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atesos els acords adoptats pel Consell Insular de Menorca i els vuit ajuntaments de l&amp;apos;illa, el detall dels quals es descriu més avall, pels quals van aprovar inicialment l&amp;apos;expedient de dissolució del Consorci Menorca de Reserva de Biosfera així com sotmetre l&amp;apos;expedient a informació pública per un termini de trenta dies hàbils comptats des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació del pertinent anunci en el BOIB, tot assenyalant-se que en cas de no produir-se al·legacions s&amp;apos;entendrien definitivament aprovats els acords fins aleshores provisionals, encomanant-ne la publicació de l&amp;apos;acord en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears al Consell Insular de Menorca:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La qual cosa es fa pública per a general coneixement i perquè produeixi els efectes que corresponguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
