&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;Intentades, sense efecte, les notificacions de responsabilitat patrimonial per correu certificat amb justificant de recepció, i atès que no s&amp;apos;ha pogut practicar per ignorar-se el domicili o no haver-s’hi trobat la persona interessada que es relaciona, es procedeix, en compliment del que estableix l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992 de 26 de novembre de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Publiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú – BOE DE 27 DE NOVEMBRE -, a la Publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears de la present notificació per la qual s’informa de la resolució recaiguda en l’expedient de reclamació de responsabilitat patrimonial presentada pel Sr. Svetoslav Hristov&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;Segons el disposat en l’art. 61 de la Llei 30/92, es publica únicament una breu indicació del contingut de la resolució, i que és a les dependències de l’Ajuntament d’Eivissa, Plaça Espanya nº 1, Dalt Vila, 07800 Eivissa, departament de Secretaria General i Serveis Jurídics, on l&amp;apos;interessat o la persona representant, degudament acreditada, podrà comparèixer, en el termini de deu dies, comptats des del dia següent a la publicació del present edicte en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, pel seu coneixement íntegre de l’esmentat acte i constància de tal coneixement, en horari de 8 h a 15 h, de dilluns a divendres, excepte festius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;Així mateix, s’adverteix als interessats que, de no comparèixer en l’esmentat termini, la notificació s’entendrà produïda a tots els efectes legals des del dia següent al venciment del termini senyalat per comparèixer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
