    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notificació de la Resolució d’inici del procediment sancionador en matèria de Residus i Sòls Contaminats regulada en la Llei 22/2011 de 28 de juliol (publicada al BOE núm. 181 de 29 de juliol de 2011).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El regidor d’Hisenda d’acord amb les facultats que te delegades per Resolució de batlia núm. 1026/2011, de 15 de juny (BOIB núm. 104, de data 07/07/2011), ha dictat acord d’iniciació dels expedients sancionadors que figuren a l’annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Conformement amb allò que disposa l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment Administratiu comú, i vist que s’ha intentat dues vegades la notificació, a la persona interessada o al seu representant, i que no estat possible realitzar-la per causes no imputables a la Administració, per la present es procedeix a la notificació de l’esmentat acord d’inici mitjançant informació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones interessades en el present procediment disposaran d’un termini de &lt;strong&gt;quinze dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt;, a partir de l’endemà de la publicació del present edicte per exercir el seu dret a formular les al·legacions que estimin convenient i a l’audiència en el procediment, així com a proposar la pràctica de proves que estimin convenients, especificant els mitjans de que es pretenguin valer, les quals s’hauran de dur a terme dintre d’aquest mateix termini de quinze dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el supòsit de no efectuar-se al·legacions sobre el contingut de l’acord d’iniciació en el termini abans esmentat, la iniciació del procediment podrà ser considerada proposta de resolució sempre que contingui un pronunciament precís sobre la responsabilitat imputada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La persona presumptament responsable dels fets imputats podrà reconèixer la seva responsabilitat i, si escau, efectuar el pagament de la sanció pecuniària corresponent, la qual cosa suposarà la terminació del procediment incoat, sense perjudici de la possibilitat d’interposar els recursos que estimi procedents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
