    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D’acord amb l’article 20.4 del Decret 86/2008, d’1 d’agost, pel qual es despleguen i es regulen els processos electorals de les federacions esportives de les Illes Balears, el 4 de març de 2013 la Direcció General d’Esports ha ratificat el Sr. Torcuato Vilchez Salom com a president de la Federació Balear de Colombofília. De conformitat amb el precepte esmentat també es fa pública la composició de la Junta Directiva de la Federació Balear de Colombofília i, que és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
