    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ntentada sense efecte la notificació amb avis de rebuda al conductor/a o titular del vehicle denunciat, per ignorar-se el domicili o no haver trobat al mateix als interessats/as, mitjançant el present edicte, el qual es realitza també mitjançant anunci al tauler d&amp;apos;edictes de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;establert a l&amp;apos;art. 11 del RD 320/1994, de 25 de febrer, i d&amp;apos;acord amb el que preveuen els articles 59.5) i 59.6) i 61 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, modificada per la Llei 4/1999, de 13 de gener, es notifica que pel Sr. Batlle, assistit per la Junta de Govern Local, s’ha acordat la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Resolució imposant sanció i d’emissió de liquidació de la multa imposada,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; dels expedients que a continuació es detallen, incoats per infraccions al RD 1428/2003, de 21 de novembre, pel que s’aprova el Reglament General de Circulació per l’aplicació i desenvolupament del text articulat de la Llei sobre trànsit, circulació de vehicles a motor i seguretat viària, aprovat pel RDL 339/1990, de 2 de març, i modificat per la Llei 18/2009, de 23 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Informant igualment al/la interessat/a&amp;nbsp; del seu dret a acollir-se de forma voluntària a la substitució del pagament de la multa amb la realització de serveis en benefici de la comunitat, sempre que reuneixi els requisits establerts a l’article 3 de l’Ordenança Municipal de substitució de sancions econòmiques per a la realització de serveis en benefici de la comunitat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;i ho sol·liciti, en tot cas, dintre del termini de 15 dies hàbils a comptar des del dia següent al de la notificació d’aquesta Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra la desestimaci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; expressa del recurs de reposici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; podr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;à&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; interposar-se recurs contenci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;s administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des del dia seg&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ü&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ent a la seva notificaci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs de reposició podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de sis mesos comptadors a partir del dia següent a la seva desestimació presumpta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En cap cas no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que no s’hagi resolt expressament o no s’hagi produït la desestimació presumpta del recurs de reposició interposat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Una volta complimentat dit requisit&amp;nbsp; rebrà avis de la Tresoreria Municipal per el cobrament de la quantitat objecte de devolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
