    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;Notificació interessats decret resolució d’aquesta Alcaldia núm. 12 de data 12 de març de 2.013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt; d&amp;apos;ordre d&amp;apos;execució &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;de reparació de façanes i balçons al Carrer de la Mare de Deu núm.,16 del Barri de La Marina d&amp;apos;Eivissa, amb referència cadastral 4780201CD6048S.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; Segons el disposat en l’art. 61 de la Llei 30/92, es publica únicament una breu indicació del contingut de la resolució, que és a les dependències de l’Ajuntament d’Eivissa, Plaça Espanya nº 1, 07800 Eivissa, departament d’Habitatge i Nucli Històric, on els interessats o els seus representants degudament acreditats, podran comparèixer, en el termini de quinze dies, comptats des del dia següent a la publicació del present edicte en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, pel seu coneixement íntegre de l&amp;apos;esmentat acte i constància de tal coneixement, en horari de 08,00 a 15,00 hores, de dilluns a divendres, excepte festius.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; La present publicació servirà de notificació a aquells propietaris o titulars de drets desconeguts o amb domicili desconegut, d’acord amb el que disposa l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/92,de 26 de novembre de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 0.46cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 0.02cm"&gt; &lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;RECURSOS.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;u&gt; &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;L’anterior resolució posa fi a la via administrativa, contra la qual es pot interposar recurs potestatiu de reposició davant l’Alcaldia d’ aquest Ajuntament o bé directament recurs Contenciós-Administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós –Administratiu o davant la Sala Contenciosa-Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de Balears competent en cada cas, de conformitat amb els art. 8,13 i 14 i la Disposició Transitòria Primera, de la Llei reguladora de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa-Administrativa 29/98, de 13 juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="line-height: 0.46cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 0.02cm"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; El termini per interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició serà d&amp;apos;un mes comptat des del dia següent a la notificació de l&amp;apos;acord, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;art. 117 de la Llei 30/92 de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; El termini per interposar el recurs Contenciós - Administratiu serà de dos mesos, comptats des del dia següent a aquell en què tingui lloc la notificació d&amp;apos;acord, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 46 de la citada llei.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="line-height: 100%; widows: 0; font-style: normal; orphans: 0; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 0.08cm; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; Si ho desitgeu podreu exercitar qualsevol altre recurs que estimeu pertinent a l&amp;apos;empara del Títol VII de la Llei de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i Procediment Administratiu Comú 30/92 de 26 de novembre.&lt;/p&gt;
