&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/b&gt; Aprovar l’establiment del preu públic per participar en les VII Jornades d&amp;apos;Educació Infantil de Menorca&lt;i&gt; &lt;/i&gt;amb la tarifa següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEGON.&lt;/b&gt; Assenyalar que tenen l’obligació de pagar aquest preu públic les persones que participin en les Jornades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TERCER.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;Aquest preu públic s’ha de satisfer abans de la prestació de l’activitat, de manera que no es podrà accedir a les Jornades sense acreditar-ne el pagament corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;QUART.&lt;/b&gt; En el supòsit de falta de pagament d’aquest preu públic, el seu import podrà exigir-se pel procediment de constrenyiment i el actes que se’n derivin s’adaptaran al que preveu el Reglament general de recaptació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
