&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això li comunicam que de conformitat amb l’establert a l’article 135 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre i article 8.3 del Decret 14/1994, de 10 de febrer, Reglament del procediment a seguir en l’exercici de la potestat sancionadora de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, se li concedeix un termini de 15 dies hàbils, comptadors a partir del següent al de la publicació de la present notificació, perquè presenti en aquest Ajuntament les al·legacions que consideri adients a la seva defensa i aporti o proposi les proves que estimi oportunes. Els expedients es troben al Departament de Platges de l’Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, carrer Pere Escanellas número 12-16 de Sant Josep. De no presentar-se escrit d’al·legacions ni aportar-se o proposar-se proves dins el termini citat anteriorment, o quan no figurin en el procediment ni es tenguin en compte altres fets ni altres al·legacions que les fetes per l’interessat, el present acord d’iniciació podrà ser considerat com a proposta de resolució, tot això de conformitat amb l’establert a l’article 8.4 del Decret 14/1994, de 10 de febrer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
