&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANUNCIO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el presente procedimiento juicio verbal 352/l2 Seguido a instancia de SANTANDER CONSUMER frente a DEANMARCIAN CLIMES se ha dictado Sentencia, cuyo tenor literal es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESTIMO PARCIALMENTE la demanda&lt;/strong&gt; interpuesta por SANTANDER CONSUMER, E.F.C., S.A. contra DEANMARCIAN CLIMES, condenando a este último a satisfacer a la parte actora la cantidad de TRES MIL TRESCIENTGS NOVENTA Y SEIS EUROS CON OCHENTA CENTIMOS (3.396’80€), en concepto de principal e intereses remuneratorios, sin devengar dicha cantidad interés moratorio alguno, salvo el importe que corresponda por aplicación del artículo 576 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil, del interés legal del dinero incrementado en dos puntos desde el dictado de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y encontrándose dicho demandado, DEANMARCIAN CLIMES, en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En MANACOR a treinta y uno de Enero de dos mil trece&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
