    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per aquesta Direcció Provincial s&amp;apos;ha iniciat Expedient Administratiu per Responsabilitat Empresarial per Readmissió, contra els interessats que a continuació se citen i els motius que així mateix es relacionen, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que es disposa en la lletra b) del nº 15 de l&amp;apos;art. 209 de la Llei General de la Seguretat Social aprovada pel Reial decret Legislatiu 1/94 de 20 de juny. S&amp;apos;ha intentat la notificació sense poder-se practicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb el que es disposa en la lletra b), del nº 5 del *artº 209 de la Llei General de la Seguretat Social, el Text Refós De la qual va ser aprovat per Reial decret Legislatiu 1/1994, de 20 de juny (BOE nº 154, de 29 de Juny), això suposa una responsabilitat empresarial per la quantia que s&amp;apos;indica en Euros, per l&amp;apos;abonament d&amp;apos;una prestació per desocupació i que haurà de deduir-se dels salaris deixats de percebre que han d&amp;apos;abonar-se al citat treballador, i s&amp;apos;ingressarà en el compte de recursos diversos Direcció Provincial de Tresoreria General de Seguretat Social en Caja Madrid, sucursal 2038-9981-98-6000503657, comunicant tal ingrés a Direcció Provincial del *SPEE, mitjançant el corresponent justificant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De no estar d&amp;apos;acord amb aquesta notificació, disposa, conforme al que es disposa en la lletra b), del nº 1, del *artº 32 del Reial decret 625/1985, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril (BOE nº 109 de 7 de Maig), del termini de 10 dies a partir de la notificació de la present comunicació per formular per escrit les al·legacions que estimi pertinents. Transcorregut aquest termini s&amp;apos;emetrà la corresponent Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
