&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- Mitjançant la Resolució de la consellera d’Innovació, Interior i Justícia de 8 de març de 2011 (BOIB núm. 50, de 5 d’abril de 2011), es varen aprovar la convocatòria, les bases, els temaris, els exercicis i el barem de mèrits, i es va designar el tribunal de les proves selectives per ingressar a la categoria d’auxiliar tècnic/a educatiu/iva de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Mitjançant la Resolució de 20 de març de 2012 es varen aprovar les llistes definitives de persones aspirants admeses i excloses, amb expressió de la causa d’exclusió, i de persones aspirants convocades a les proves de coneixements de llengua catalana i castellana, amb indicació dels llocs i de les dates de realització de les proves esmentades i del primer exercici de les proves selectives per ingressar a la categoria d’auxiliar tècnic/a educatiu/iva de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 46, de 29 de març de 2012).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.- D’altra banda, mitjançant sengles resolucions de 12 de desembre de 2012, s’han estimat els recursos de reposició interposats per la senyora Francisca Gordo Pérez, la senyora Juana Gregorio Melitón, la senyora Maria Isabel Santandreu Pont, la senyora Maria del Carmen Martínez Benedicto, i el senyor Pedro Luís Pizarro Mateo contra la resolució de 20 de març de 2012, esmentada anteriorment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En aquestes resolucions s’acorda modificar les llistes definitives de persones aspirants admeses i excloses del procés selectiu, amb la inclusió de les persones esmentades a la llista de persones admeses. Així mateix, s’acorda retrotreure el procediment a la fase d’oposició del torn de promoció interna, a l’efecte que la senyora Francisca Gordo Pérez, la senyora Juana Gregorio Melitón, la senyora Maria Isabel Santandreu Pont, la senyora Maria del Carmen Martínez Benedicto, i el senyor Pedro Luís Pizarro Mateo puguin dur a terme els exercicis corresponents a aquest torn, i que el resultat de les proves tengui els efectes que pertoquin en els fases següents del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- Modificar les llistes definitives de persones aspirants admeses i excloses, corresponents al torn de promoció interna, de les proves selectives per ingressar a la categoria d’auxiliar tècnic/a educatiu/iva de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, aprovades per resolució de 20 de març de 2012 (BOIB núm. 46, de 29 de març de 2012).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les llistes definitives modificades, amb la inclusió a la llista definitiva d’admesos de les persones recurrents, s’adjunten com a annex 1 (&lt;em&gt;llistes definitives de persones admeses&lt;/em&gt;) i annex 2 (&lt;em&gt;llistes definitives de persones excloses&lt;/em&gt;) d’aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Convocar la senyora Francisca Gordo Pérez, la senyora Juana Gregorio Melitón, la senyora Maria Isabel Santandreu Pont, la senyora Maria del Carmen Martínez Benedicto, i el senyor Pedro Luís Pizarro Mateo a la realització del primer exercici de la fase d’oposició de les proves selectives esmentades en els llocs, dia i hora assenyalats en l’annex 3 d’aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Ordenar la publicació d’aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució —que exhaureix la via administrativa— es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller d’Administracions Públiques en el termini d’un mes, comptador des de l’endemà d’haver-se publicat en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, d’acord amb els articles 116 i 117 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, i de l’article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;També es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l’endemà d’haver-se publicat aquesta Resolució, d’acord amb els articles 10.1 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
