&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per no haver-se pogut efectuar la notificació de l’Impost sobre bens immobles en el domicili que figura en l’expedient de les persones que, a continuació es relacionen, d’acord amb l’article 59.1 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, no havent contestat als avisos deixats i no tenir-ne coneixement de cap altre on dur-les a terme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tal de que puguin exercitar els drets que estableix l’article 35 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú i l’article 180 del Reglament d’Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Corporacions Locals, se cita a les persones interessades perquè en el termini de quinze dies comptats a partir de la data de publicació del present edicte, compareguin a la Secció de l’IBI&amp;nbsp; ubicat a la Plaça Santa Eulàlia, 9-1r (dilluns a divendres de 9 a 14 h.), per tal de que els sigui notificada la corresponent notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es comunica que si no compareixen en el termini hàbil citat, la notificació s’entendrà produïda a tots els efectes legals des del dia següent al del venciment del termini assenyalat per comparèixer, tot això de conformitat amb el que disposa l’article 112 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, General Tributària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
