&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vegada que el servei de Correus ha tornat les notificacions individuals de diverses resolucions de la directora general de Família, Benestar Social i Atenció a Persones en Situació Especial (per delegació de competència de la consellera &lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;&amp;nbsp;de Salut, Família i Benestar Social&lt;/span&gt;) de modificació de la quantia de la pensió no contributiva de jubilació o invalidesa, trameses amb justificant de recepció, en aplicació de l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, es notifica a les persones que figuren en l’annex el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;— Que s’ha dictat una resolució per la qual es modifica la quantia de la pensió no contributiva de jubilació o invalidesa que tenen reconeguda, pels motius que indica la resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;— Que, a més, a les persones a qui s’indica un import en concepte de deute, els notific el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Apartat 2 de l’annex:&lt;/strong&gt; les persones d’aquest apartat estan obligades a reintegrar aquest deute per cobrament indegut, generat durant el període que indica la resolució (article 45 del Text refós de la Llei general de la Seguretat Social, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 1/1994, de 20 de juny). El reintegrament s’ha de fer mitjançant ingrés al compte de Recursos Diversos Provincials, de la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social, a través de l’entitat Caja Madrid Si en el termini de trenta dies no s’ha ingressat l’import del deute, es trametrà l’expedient a la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social per iniciar el procediment de recaptació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, podeu&amp;nbsp; interposar una reclamació prèvia a la via de la jurisdicció laboral davant aquesta direcció general, en el termini dels trenta dies següents a la data de publicació d’aquesta notificació, de conformitat amb el que disposa l’article 71 de la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d’octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social (BOE d’11 d’octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per conèixer el contingut íntegre de la resolució, les persones interessades o els seus representants legals poden comparèixer a les dependències de la Direcció General de Família, Benestar Social i Atenció a Persones en Situació Especial de la Conselleria &lt;a href="http://www.caib.es/govern/organigrama/area.do?lang=ca&amp;amp;coduo=11"&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;de Salut, Família i Benestar Social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, situades a l’avinguda d’Alemanya, 6, dreta, de Palma (Mallorca); al carrer Pou Fondo, 17, de Manacor (Mallorca); a l’avinguda del Raiguer, 95, d’Inca (Mallorca); a l’avinguda de Vives Llull, 42, de Maó (Menorca), o al carrer del Bisbe Abad i Lasierra, 47, d’Eivissa (Eivissa), en horari de 9 a 14 hores, de dilluns a divendres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
