&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Ple de la Corporació, en sessió ordinària, dia 29 de novembre de 2012, adoptà l’acord que a continuació es transcriu, i que ha esdevingut definitiu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“3. REGLAMENT MUNICIPAL DEL VOLUNTARIAT DE L’AJUNTAMENT DE CAMPOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El batle llegeix en veu alta la proposta d’acord que consta a l’expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Francesca Sureda exposa que un dels objectius de serveis socials és poder feina des de dins d ela comunitat i una de les eines que considera més necessàries és el voluntariat, i per això s’ha estat treballant per a aprovar aquest reglament, i a partir d’aquí poder posar en marxa el servei.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Ple acorda, per unanimitat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Aprovar inicialment el Reglament municipal de voluntariat de l’Ajuntament de Campos, tal com està redactat i consta a l’expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Exposar-ho al públic, mitjançant anunci al BOIB per termini de 30 dies, i amb audiència a les associacions veïnals i de defensa dels consumidors i usuaris inscrites en el registre municipal d’associacions veïnals i que guardin relació directe amb l’objecte d’aquesta modificació, per tal que puguin examinar l’expedient i presentar, si s’escau, les reclamacions, objeccions o observacions que estimin oportunes; si no se’n presenten, l’acord s’entendrà definitivament aprovat, i entrarà en vigor d’acord amb el què disposa l’article 103 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.”---------------------------------------------------&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“REGLAMENT MUNICIPAL DEL VOLUNTARIAT SOCIAL DE L’ AJUNTAMENT DE CAMPOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;MARC NORMATIU&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’article 9.2 de la Constitució Espanyola diu que correspon als poders públics facilitar la participació de tots els ciutadans en la vida social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Carta Social europea proposa, a l’article 12, estimular la participació dels individus en l’acció i el manteniment dels serveis socials i la Llei 6/1996, del voluntariat (BOE. núm. 15 del 17.1.1996), fixa com a objectiu promoure i facilitar la participació solidària dels ciutadans en actuacions de voluntariat, en el si d’organitzacions sense ànim de lucre públiques o privades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Llei de Voluntariat de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, Llei 3/1998, de 18 de maig (BOIB núm. 70 de 28.05.98) estableix el marc normatiu que regula i garanteix l’acció voluntària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Article 26 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal de règim local de les Illes Balears fa referència a l’aprovació de programes de foment del voluntariat i associacionisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Llei 4/2009, de l’11 de juny de Serveis Socials de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 89 de 18.06.09)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PRINCIPIS BÀSICS&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Article 1. Àmbit d’aplicació:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El present Reglament serà d’aplicació als programes, projectes o actuacions de voluntariat que promogui i desenvolupi directament l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Article 2. Definició del voluntariat social:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- A efectes d’aquest reglament, s’entén per voluntariat el conjunt d’activitats dirigides a la satisfacció del interès general, desenvolupades per persones físiques, si no es duen a terme en virtut d’una relació laboral, funcionarial, mercantil o qualsevol altra retribuïda, que compleixi els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Que tingui un caràcter altruista i solidari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Que la seva realització sigui voluntària i lliure, sense que tinguin una causa d’obligació personal o deure jurídic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Que es dugui a terme sense contraprestació econòmica, sense perjudici del dret al reembossament de les despeses que el compliment de l’activitat voluntària ocasioni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Que es desenvolupi dintre del marc d’una organització pública o privada i en funció de programes o projectes concrets a favor de la societat i de la persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- En queden excloses les actuacions voluntàries aïllades, esporàdiques o prestades al marge d’organitzacions públiques o privades sense ànim de lucre, executades per raons familiars, d’amistat o veïnals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.- L’activitat de voluntariat no podrà en cap cas substituir al treball retribuït.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Article 3. Funcions del voluntari/ria:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’actuació del voluntari s’emmarca en l’àmbit de la prestació voluntària de Serveis Socials, dins els projectes i les accions desenvolupades en aquests serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les funcions del voluntari/ria són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;La realització de les activitats acordades entre els professionals de referència i el voluntari/ria, pròpies dels projectes als que està adscrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;La col•laboració en el disseny dels projectes i de les actuacions en les que s’incorpora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;La col•laboració en el disseny i divulgació de les campanyes relacionades amb el voluntariat que es posin en marxa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Article 4. Drets i Deures del voluntari/ria:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Drets del voluntari/ria:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones voluntàries, respecte a aquella organització en la que s’integren, tenen els drets següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Rebre la informació, la formació i els mitjans necessaris per a l’exercici i el desenvolupament de les funcions que se’ls assignen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Ésser tractats sense cap tipus de discriminació, respectant la seva llibertat, dignitat, intimidat, i creences.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Participar activament en l’organització en la que està integrat, d’acord amb els seus estatuts, col•laborant en l’ elaboració, disseny i execució i avaluació dels programes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Estar assegurat pels riscs a que poden estar exposat en la realització del seu treball voluntari, incloses les possibles responsabilitats civils a tercers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Disposar d’una acreditació identificativa de la seva condició de voluntari/a davant tercers i obtenir certificació de la seva participació en els programes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Realitzar l’activitat en les degudes condicions de seguretat i higiene, evitant tot tipus de risc segons la naturalesa i les característiques de la seva funció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Rebre el respecte i el reconeixement pel valor social de la seva contribució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Ésser reembossades, si ho desitgen, de les despeses que els pugui ocasionar l’activitat voluntària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Acordar lliurament les condicions de la seva acció voluntària, l’àmbit o sector de actuació, el compromís de les tasques definides conjuntament, el temps i l’horari que poden dedicar i les responsabilitats acceptades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Obtenir el canvi de projecte, d’activitat o beneficiari assignat si es possible i si existeixen causes justificades que ho aconsellin per la millor execució de l’activitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Rescindir el compromís, sempre que es faci amb una antelació mínima de 15 dies i per alguna de les causes previstes a l’acord d’incorporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Deures del voluntari/ria:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones voluntàries, respecte a aquella organització en la que s’integren, tenen els deures següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;•Complir els compromisos acceptats amb les organitzacions en les que s’integren, respectant els fins i les normes internes de funcionament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;•Mantenir la confidencialitat, si se dóna el cas, de les informacions rebudes i conegudes en el desenvolupament de la seva activitat, tant respecte dels beneficiaris com de la identitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;•Rebutjar qualsevol tipus de contraprestació econòmica o material, que li pugui oferir la persona beneficiària o altres persones en virtut de la seva actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;•Respectar els drets dels beneficiaris de l’activitat del voluntari/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;•Actuar de forma diligent, responsable i solidària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;•Participar en les activitats formatives previstes per l’organització i, concretament, en aquelles que vagin dirigides a oferir una preparació per a les activitats i funcions acordades, i també en aquelles de caràcter permanent que siguin necessàries per mantenir la qualitat dels serveis què es presten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;•Observar les mesures de seguretat i higiene reglamentades i seguir les instruccions que s’estableixin en l’execució &amp;nbsp;de les activitats acordades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;•Utilitzar degudament l’acreditació i els distintius de l’organització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;•Cuidar i fer bon ús del material o equip confiat per l’organització pel desenvolupament de les activitats de voluntariat acordades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;•En cas de renúncia, notificar-lo amb els temps prèviament pactat, per evitar perjudicis greus al servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Signatura de la representació municipal : &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Signatura de la persona voluntària:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Article 5. Deures del programa del voluntariat social&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Complir els compromisos adquirits amb els voluntaris en l’acord d’incorporació als projectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Proporcionar al voluntari la formació necessària per al desenvolupament correcte de les seves activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Article 6. Organització del voluntariat social&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El perfil que defineix als nostres voluntaris/ries&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Persona major d’edat, o bé a partir dels 16 anys amb autorització dels pares o tutors legals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Compromesa en la millora de la realitat social del seu entorn&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Capacitat de treball en equip&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Actitud d’ajuda i tolerància&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Incorporació dels voluntaris/ries&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Mitjançant inscripció al projecte de voluntariat en el Departament de Serveis Socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El tècnic municipal responsable del projecte ha de fer la valoració de la demanda i una vegada admesa, assignar al voluntari/a als projectes més adients, ajustant-ne el perfil a les necessitats de cada projecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La incorporació queda vinculada a un acord que estableixi, entre altres, les funcions, el temps de durada, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Acreditació&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els voluntari/es han de disposar de distintius que acrediten la seva condició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta acreditació ha de ser retornat a l’Ajuntament en acabar l’acció voluntària i queda anul•lada a tots els efectes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Assegurança&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’Ajuntament ha de subscriure una pòlissa d’assegurança que cobreixi els riscs del voluntari/a i els accidents personals durant el temps que presti els seus serveis de cooperació social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta assegurança ha d’incloure les possibles responsabilitats civils que es puguin derivar de la seva actuació davant terceres persones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Queden excloses totes aquelles accions realitzades fora del horari i funcions &amp;nbsp;establertes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Baixes dins el projecte&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;La relació de col•laboració voluntària amb el programa de voluntariat municipal finalitzarà a petició pròpia, per declaració d’incapacitat, sol•licitud de baixa temporal o definitiva, o estar inhabilitat/da per l’exercici de càrrecs públics per sentència ferma, per exclusió del programa o pèrdua de qualsevol requisit d’accés a la incorporació de voluntari/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Faltar a l’activitat que té assignada durant un període superior a un mes, sense causa justificada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;L’incompliment, amb caràcter greu, dels deures als quals es compromet mitjançant l’acord d’incorporació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Acordada i notificada la baixa al interessat/da es procedirà a la devolució de la acreditació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Es lliurarà a petició prèvia del interessat/da, un document en el que consti els serveis prestats i la causa per la qual s’acorda la baixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Mecanismes de control&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;El responsable del programa de voluntariat social juntament amb la resta de l’equip de Serveis Socials duran a terme el seguiment i l’avaluació de l’acció voluntària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;En cas d’incompliment del deures adquirits en l’acord d’incorporació i en especial aquell que fa referència a l’atenció dels beneficiaris dels projectes, es podrà sancionar la conducta del voluntari/a i en el seu cas excloure-li del programa, sempre que incórrer en alguna de les causes previstes en aquest article.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Article 7. Formació del voluntariat&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per aconseguir una acció voluntària de qualitat es duran a terme accions formatives en tres línees d’actuació:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Cursos de formació bàsica.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Cursos de formació específica.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Altres activitats: Diades, encontres, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Article 8. Entrada en vigor&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
