    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb el que disposen els articles 59 i 61 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, i un cop intentada per dues vegades la pràctica de notificació individual, es fan públiques les propostes de demolició formulades per l’instructor dels expedients per infracció de la Llei 10/1990, de 23 d’octubre, de Disciplina Urbanística a les persones o entitats denunciades que figuren a l’annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra les presents propostes de resolució es poden formular les corresponents al·legacions, dins el termini de 10 dies hàbils a comptar des de l’endemà de la seva publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, transcorreguts aquests s’elevarà la present a l’Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les esmentades propostes poden consultar-se a l’Àrea Territorial de l’Ajuntament de Sant Lluís al Pla de Sa Creu s/n.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
