&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;FAIG SABER: que en l’/els expedient/s administratiu/s de constrenyiment que s’instrueix/en &amp;nbsp;en aquesta Recaptació Municipal contra el deutor/s que es relaciona/en&amp;nbsp; per dèbits a aquesta Hisenda Local pels conceptes, exercicis i imports que es citen, pel Tresorer, Cap del Servei de Recaptació d’aquest Ajuntament, s’ha dictat per providència el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;‘PROVIDÈNCIA.- D’acord amb el disposat en l’article 99 apartat 4 i article 101 del Reial Decret 939/2005, de 29 de juliol, pel qual s’aprova el Reglament General de recaptació, i una vegada efectuada la valoració i la formació de lots dels bens embargats, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ACORDAR es procedeixi l’alienació d’aquests béns mitjançant subhasta pública, observant l’ordre establert per l’embargament a l’article 169.2, segon paràgraf de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de Desembre, General Tributària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’aparició posterior d’altres béns no afecta la validesa de les alienacions ja realitzades, encara que es tracti de béns anteriors en l’ordre d’embargament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S’assenyala per a la celebració de la mateixa el dia 21 de febrer de 2013 a les 12:00 hores, a les oficines de Recaptació Municipal, situades a l’edifici polivalent, Ajuntament Santa Eulària des Riu, C /Marià Riquer Wallis, 4 Baixos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DEUTOR: CARLOS RODIÑÓ RODRÍGUEZ AMB NIF 50075477S I EXPEDIENT: 13364&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifiqueu aquest acord d’alienació a l’obligat al pagament, al seu cònjuge si es tracta de societat de guanys, als creditors hipotecaris, pignoratius, al dipositari, si és aliè a l’Administració i, en cas d’existir, als copropietaris i tercers posseïdors dels béns a subhastar. A la notificació s’ha de fer constar expressament que, en qualsevol moment anterior al de l’adjudicació dels béns, podran alliberar els béns embargats mitjançant el pagament de les quantitats que estableix l’article 169.1 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de Desembre, General Tributària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
