&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Iniciada la notificació de l’inici d’expedient sancionador per infracció tributària i proposta de resolució&amp;nbsp; no ha pogut fer-se efectiva, per tant, i conforme el que disposa l’article 112.1 de la Llei General Tributària (Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre; BOE 18 de desembre), publiquem la relació dels interessats i us advertim que podeu personar-vos a les oficines de la Inspecció de Tributs de l’Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears – Serveis Centrals (C/ Aragó, 29 de Palma) on us serà lliurada la còpia íntegra de la notificació relativa a l’expedient sancionador indicat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La compareixença ha de tenir lloc en el termini de 15 dies naturals comptats des del següent a la publicació del present anunci, i us advertim que, en cas de no comparèixer, la notificació s’entendrà produïda a tots els efectes legals des del dia següent al del venciment del&amp;nbsp; termini assenyalat per comparèixer (art. 112.2, Llei General Tributària, Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre; BOE 18 de desembre de 2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
