&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; S’ha observat un error material en l’annex 2 de l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 21 de desembre de 2012 pel qual s’aproven l’informe d’auditoria interna de recursos humans de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en l’àmbit dels serveis generals, la modificació de la relació de llocs de treball corresponent al personal funcionari de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i la resta de mesures derivades de l’auditoria que representin canvis d’adscripció de llocs de treball, publicat en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm.&amp;nbsp;192, de 22 de desembre de 2012, que consisteix en el fet que no es va recollir en l’annex 2 una de les propostes de modificació de la relació de llocs de treball que preveu l’informe d’auditoria interna que es va aprovar com a punt primer de l’Acord esmentat.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; L’article 105.2 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, estableix que les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d’ofici o a instància de les persones interessades, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes. D’altra banda, l’article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, també estableix que la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l’òrgan que hagi dictat l’acte o la disposició.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; Per tot el que s’ha exposat anteriorment, el Consell de Govern, a proposta del conseller d’Administracions Públiques, en la sessió d’11 de gener de 2012 adoptà, entre d’altres, l’Acord següent:&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; “&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Rectificar l’error material observat en l’annex 2 de la versió catalana i castellana de l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 21 de desembre de 2012 pel qual s’aproven l’informe d’auditoria interna de recursos humans de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en l’àmbit dels serveis generals, la modificació de la relació de llocs de treball corresponent al personal funcionari de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i la resta de mesures derivades de l’auditoria que representin canvis d’adscripció de llocs de treball en els termes següents:&lt;/p&gt;
