&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;FA SABER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1º.- Que per aquest Ajuntament s&amp;apos;ha iniciat expedient per a la renovació de Jutge de Pau Substitut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2º.- Que de conformitat amb el que es disposa per la Llei 6/1985 d&amp;apos;1 de juliol del Poder Judicial, en els seus articles 101, 103, 302 i 303, i circular del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears de 11 de desembre de maig de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) El Jutge de Pau substitut, serà nomenat per un període de QUATRE ANYS per la Sala de Govern del Tribunal Superior de Justícia, sent el Òrgan competent per a l&amp;apos;elecció, l&amp;apos;Ajuntament Ple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Podrà ser nomenat Jutge de Pau substitut, els qui no siguin Llicenciats en dret, reuneixin els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Ser Español (Fotocòpia D.N.I.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Major d&amp;apos;edat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No estar impedit física o psíquicament per a la funció judicial (Certificat mèdic oficial).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No estar condemnat per delicte dolós i estar en ple exercici dels seus drets civils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Amb aquesta finalitat, s&amp;apos;obre un període de QUINZE DIES per a què les persones que estiguin interessades ho sol·licitin per escrit davant aquesta Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el supòsit de no presentar-se cap sol·licitant, l&amp;apos;Ajuntament Ple triarà lliurement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El que es fa públic per a general coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
