&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;Ajuntament en Ple, en la sessió extraordinària del dia 23 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2012, va adoptar el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“RATIFICACIÓ ACORDS JUNTA RECTORA CONSORCI PLA D-SÓLLER, EN RELACIÓ A LA DISSOLUCIÓ DEL CONSORCI PLA D-SÓLLER PER INTEGRACIÓ EN EL NOU CONSORCI D&amp;apos;INFRAESTRUCTURES DE LES ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atesos els acords adoptats per la Junta Rectora del Consorci Pla D-Sóller, en la reunió celebrada el dia 11 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès el dictamen favorable de la CIP de Presidència, en la reunió del dia 22-10-2012, la Corporació, per majoria absoluta i en votació ordinària, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ACORDA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Ratificar els acords de dissolució del Consorci Pla D-Sóller, per integració en el nou Consorci d&amp;apos;Infraestructures de les Illes Balears adoptats en data 11 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2012 per la Junta Rectora del Consorci Pla D-Sóller, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que preveu l&amp;apos;article 16.3 dels Estatuts del Consorci Pla D-Sóller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt;- Integrar-se en el Consorci d&amp;apos;Infraestructures de les Illes Balears, creat per acord del Consell de Govern de dia 21 de setembre de 2012 (BOIB de 25-09-12), en els termes prevists en els seus Estatuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.- &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar aquests acords a la Conselleria de Turisme i Esports del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;/strong&gt;.- Ordenar la publicació d&amp;apos;aquests acords al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
