&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ATÈS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.Que Ladrilleras Ibicencas S.A. ha sol·licitat una modificació de l’AAI consistent en la instal·lació d’un sistema de co-combustió mitjançant biomassa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.Que la documentació aportada justifica que es tracta d’una modificació no substancial, en compliment de l’art. 10.2 de la Llei 16/2002, d’1 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.Que els informes emesos pels diferents departaments són favorables, consideren la modificació com a no substancial i proposen una sèrie de condicionants.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ACORDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;informar favorablement l’atorgament de la modificació no substancial de l’Autorització Ambiental Integrada de &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;la fàbrica de blocs, teules i altres productes ceràmics a Sta. Eulària des Riu&lt;/span&gt;, consistent en &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;la instal·lació d’un sistema de co-combustió mitjançant biomassa&lt;/span&gt;, amb les condicions d’explotació, capacitat i processos indicats al projecte tècnic que acompanya la sol·licitud i amb subjecció a les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.Es modifica el condicionant “5 Consums” per contemplar els consums màxims previst de biomassa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;5. Consums&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La instal·lació haurà de complir amb l’establert en la Llei 34/2007, de 15 de novembre, de qualitat de l’aire i protecció de l’atmosfera, en el Reial decret 100/2011, de 28 de gener, pel qual s’actualitza el catàleg d’activitats potencialment contaminadores de l’atmosfera i s’estableixen les disposicions bàsiques per a la seva aplicació, així com tota la normativa de desenvolupament que li sigui d’aplicació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Identificació de focus emissors&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Segons l’annex del Reial decret 100/2011, de 28 de gener, pel qual s’actualitza el catàleg d’activitats potencialment contaminadores de l’atmosfera i s’estableixen les disposicions bàsiques per la seva aplicació, l’activitat està classificada com a Activitat Potencialment Contaminadora de l’Atmosfera del grup A, codi 03 03 19 01 “Producción de ladrillos, tejas u otros materiales de construcción no especificados en otros epígrafes con capacidad de producción =&amp;gt; 75t/día”&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.El principal focus d’emissió de gasos a l’atmosfera és la sortida del forn de cocció. Els&amp;nbsp; gasos són conduïts a una turbina que els impulsa cap a la xemeneia. Aquesta té una alçada de uns 30 m i un diàmetre equivalent (secció quadrada) de 0,72 x 0,60 m. En cas d’avaria de la turbina i no poder aturar el forn, es reduirà el número de cremadors al mínim i després&amp;nbsp; el projecte exposa dues opcions:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Opció 1: connectar directament la sortida del túnel&amp;nbsp; amb la xemeneia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Opció 2: col·locar una turbina petita entre el forn túnel i la xemeneia mitjançant adaptadors.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Els gasos procedents de la caldera d’aire calent, són introduïts en el forn de cocció en una zona on els gasos tenen una temperatura equivalent.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Un altre focus emissor és la retractiladora de l’embalatge, la qual té una potència nominal de 358,78 kW i un consum de 26 kg/h de propà.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Finalment, hi ha un grup generador d’emergència de 270 kw, el qual funciona una mitjana de 20,8 h/any, els fums del qual són introduïts en els assecadors per aprofitar el calor. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.A més, es produeixen emissions difuses en les zones d’apilament, mòlta i preparació de l’argila.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Per les característiques de la instal·lació i hores de funcionament no es consideren focus emissors sistemàtics el generador d’emergència i la retractiladora. El control de la caldera d’aire calent es fa conjuntament amb el forn ja que comparteixen la xemeneia de sortida de gasos. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Els punts de mostreig de la xemeneia compliran amb els requisits de l’Ordre Ministerial de 18 d’octubre de 1976, sobre prevenció i correcció de la contaminació industrial de l’atmosfera.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.Les mesures es realitzaran en condicions normals d’operació de les instal·lacions.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.El mètode de mesura per a cada contaminant serà preferiblement el UNE-EN; en cas que no es pugui aplicar s’haurà de justificar la utilització d’altres mètodes, que seran, per aquest ordre: EN, UNE-ISO, UNE, i altres mètodes internacionals. Sempre que es publiquin noves normes que substitueixin les indicades, s’aplicaran les més recents. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;8.La instal·lació haurà de dur i mantenir un registre i arxiu dels controls realitzats així com dels informes resultants, el qual haurà d’estar a disposició de l’òrgan competent. En aquest registre s’inclourà les dades d’emissions mesurades, controls i inspeccions, així com les operacions d’aturades, manteniment (operacions de manteniment dels filtres, cortines, carenats, etc.), incidències i averies, i qualsevol altres tipus d’operació diferent del funcionament normal. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.Les emissions mesurades sempre estaran referides a condicions normals de pressió i temperatura (101,3 kPA, 273,16 K) de gas sec. Es mesurarà l’oxigen, el diòxid de carboni i la temperatura de sortida dels gasos. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;10.Els resultats de les mesures es normalitzaran amb referència al 18 % d’oxigen, exceptuant en aquells casos en què l’oxigen mesurat sigui inferior a l’oxigen de referència.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;11.Es considerarà que es superen els valors límit d’emissió a l’atmosfera quan la mitjana de les mesures realitzades en una sèrie superi els valors límit fixat en la present resolució i la majoria de les mesures individuals superi el valor límit o 1/3 de les mesures individuals superi el valor límit en un 40%.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;12.En cas d’avaria de la turbina, que ajuda a expulsar els gasos de sortida del forn, i no poder aturar el forn, es reduirà el número de cremadors al mínim i es produirà a operar amb una de les dues opcions exposades en el projecte, preferentment la segona. Aquesta circumstància s’ha de comunicar a l’òrgan competent, tant l’inici de l’avaria, la solució aplicada com la seva durada&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Control d’emissions no canalitzades&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Les emissions no canalitzades o difuses es controlaran mitjançant una comprovació triennal, per part d’un Organisme de Control Autoritzat, de les mesures correctores instal·lades i de la seva eficàcia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-A fi d’evitar l’emissió difusa de pols, es duran a terme les mesures preventives següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.A la zona d’emmagatzematge d’argila:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-S’evitarà els emmagatzematges a l’aire lliure, establir mesures tècniques i implantar les bones pràctiques en les operacions amb generació d’emissions difuses de partícules.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-L’alçada de l’apilament a l’aire lliure no superarà ni el nivell de la nau colindant ni la barrera de vegetació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-S’evitarà realitzar treballs de càrrega, descàrrega i moviment de materials en els períodes de vent fort.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.A la zona d’operacions de transport:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Els camions que duguin material pulverulent han de dur la càrrega tapada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-La velocitat de circulació de camions per l’interior de la planta es limitarà a 10 Km/h.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Se recollirà periòdicament els material pulverulent dispers en la instal·lació, per evitar la seva acumulació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Es regarà periòdicament les vies de circulació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.En la zona de procés:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-S’evitarà realitzar operacions de càrrega i descàrrega i moviments de materials en moments de vent fort.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-La màniga a la sortida del molí tindrà un manteniment acurat. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.S’ha de mantenir un registre on hi figuri la següent informació:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Tasques de manteniment realitzades (data, descripció del manteniment, empresa de manteniment)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Incidents de mal funcionament (data inici de l’incident, motiu, correctiu portat a terme, data final de l’incident)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.3.3 Registre&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El titular de la instal·lació haurà de mantenir actualitzat un registre amb dades de les emissions, aturades, tasques de manteniment, incidències, controls, etc., per a cada focus emissor d’acord amb el disposat a l’article 8 del Reial decret 100/2011. La informació documental (informes, mesures, manteniment...) s’ha de conservar un període mínim de 10 anys.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Es modifica el condicionant “11.3 Control documental” per eliminar de l’informe anual l’informe sobre la verificació de les emissions de gasos d’efecte hivernacle i per canviar els controls periòdics a la que s’ha de sotmetre la instal·lació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;11.3 Control documental&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Control periòdic&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Informe anual d’emissió de contaminants a l’atmosfera de la xemeneia única (partícules, CO, NOx, i SO2), realitzat per un Organisme de control autoritzat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.Cada tres anys, mentre l’autoritat competent no digui el contrari,&amp;nbsp; un informe amb el control de les emissions de COT, HF i HCl realitzat per un organisme de control autoritzat, a la sortida a l’exterior del rentat de gasos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Cada tres anys s’ha de presentar un informe realitzat per un organisme de control autoritzat amb la valoració del compliment de totes les prescripcions d’atmosfera de l’AAI: correcte funcionament dels sistemes de depuració, disposició dels corresponent registres, eficàcia de les mesures correctores per minimitzar&amp;nbsp; les emissions difuses implantades, així com identificació de possibles emissions no considerades a aquesta autorització. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Els informes d’emissions de contaminants a l’atmosfera realitzats per un Organisme de control autoritzat (OCA), d’acord amb el disposat al Decret 104/2010, de 10 de setembre, i al Reial Decret 100/2011, de 29 de gener, seran tramesos per part de l’OCA directament al departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. Informe anual&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.El titular de l’activitat enviarà, a l’Òrgan Ambiental encarregat de tramitar l’AAI, un informe del període precedent (any anterior), abans de l’1 de març de cada any, en el qual s’inclourà: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.Residus&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Informe anual dels residus produits.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.Emissions i immissions al medi hídric &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Registre d’extraccions d’aigües subterrànies.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Resultats de les proves anuals d’estanqueïtat dels dipòsits soterrats.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Registre de control d’olors en piezòmetres de control dels dipòsits soterrats de combustible.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Analítica de les aigües dels piezòmetres de control dels dipòsits soterrats de combustible.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Estimació de volum de pluvials reutilitzat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Analítiques prèvies a la operació de buidat de la bassa de rehidratació. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.Renous&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Informe anual en el qual es remetran els controls d’emissions de renous.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d.Industria&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Certificats de revisió periòdica realitzats per Organisme de Control Autoritzat dels dipòsits de gasoil i fueloil tal com indica el Reglament d’Instal·lacions de Productes Petrolífers (ITC MU-IP03).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Certificats de revisió periòdica realitzat per Organisme de Control Autoritzat del dipòsit de 4.000 litres de propà tal com indica la ITC-ICG-03. La periodicitat amb la que s’han de realitzar és cada 5 anys.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Certificats de revisió periòdica realitzada per Organisme de Control Autoritzat de les instal·lacions de Baixa Tensió i Mitja Tensió. Aquests certificats s’han de realitzar cada 5 anys tal com marquen els seus resepectius reglaments.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Verificació periòdica dles equips de protecció contra incendis segons el RD1942/1993.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e.En caràcter general &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Les dades exigides pel RD 508/2007 i Reglament (CE) 166/2006, de 18 de gener, s’hauran de comunicar telemàticament al Registre informàtic PRTR-Espanya, dins els terminis que pertoquin, de forma anual. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Memòria anual explicativa sobre la metodologia emprada per a la determinació de les dades notificades al registre PRTR Espanya (en format paper i format digital).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.L’Òrgan Ambiental encarregat de tramitar les AAI trametrà a cada Direcció General o administració competent la documentació de la que tingui competències.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Tota la informació que sigui susceptible de tractament informàtic s’aportarà en paper i en format informàtic estàndard.&lt;/em&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es recorda que s’ha de modificar la taula de consums anuals de matèries primeres, de forma que s’adapti a la mescla real de fuel i biomassa que ara s’utilitza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El present informe s’entén sense el perjudici de l’obtenció de les altres autoritzacions, llicències o permisos que, en el seu cas, siguin exigibles, així com de l’actualització del Pla d’Autoprotecció a la DG d’Interior, Emergències i Justícia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquest acord, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el Ple de la Comissió de Medi Ambient de les Illes Balears en el termini d’un mes comptador des de l’endemà d’haver-ne rebut&amp;nbsp; la notificació, d’acord amb l’article 117 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques&amp;nbsp; i del procediment administratiu comú, i l’article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l’endemà d’haver rebut la notificació de l’acord, d’acord amb l’article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
