&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En data 15 d’agost de 2012 es va publicar al BOIB núm. 125 l’aprovació inicial de la modificació de l’ordenança reguladora del preu públic per a la prestació del servei d’escoleta municipal. Atès que ha transcorregut el termini d’exposició pública assenyalat a l’article 17 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, mitjançant el qual s’aprova el text refós de la llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, sense que s’hagin presentat reclamacions, esdevé definitiva, per la qual cosa es publica el text íntegre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D’acord amb el que disposen els articles 127 i 41 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, mitjançant el qual s’aprova el text refós de la llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, l’Ajuntament de Puigpunyent estableix el preu públic per a la prestació del servei d’Escoleta Infantil, especificats a les tarifes de l’article 4, que es regiran per la present ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’obligació de pagament de la taxa neix des de què s’inicïa la prestació dels serveis d’assistències a l’Escoleta Infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estan obligats al pagament aquells que es beneficiïn dels serveis, entenent-se com aquests els pares, representants legals o persones que hagin sol·licitat l’admissió de l’usuari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Germans:&lt;/strong&gt; el segon germà tindrà un descompte del 30% en la quota&amp;nbsp; d’escolaritat i s’aplicarà a la quota més econòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quotes&lt;/strong&gt;: cal abonar 11 quotes de Setembre fins Juliol (ambdós inclosos), encara que l’infant per Juliol es doni de baixa haurà de pagar tot el mes de Juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Atesa la quantia de les tarifes assenyalades a l’apartat anterior i tenint en compte les finalitats educatives i socials que es pretenen complir amb els serveis que presta l’Escoleta&amp;nbsp; Infantil, l’Ajuntament , a proposta del regidor de l’àrea i previ informe favorable dels Serveis Socials de l’Ajuntament, estableix les següents bonificacions i exempcions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Gaudiran d’una bonificació del 50 per cent, les unitats familiars la renta familiar per càpita de les quals ha d’estar per sota del salari mínim interprofessional anual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Gaudiran de l’exempció quan els ingressos que percep la unitat familiar no siguin suficients pel manteniment d’aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.- En el cas que l’Ajuntament&amp;nbsp; presti aquest servei mitjançant un concessionari, es procedirà a abonar al mateix, les quantitats que s’eximeixin o bonifiquin als usuaris així com està establert al present article.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- La percepció de la taxa regulada a aquesta ordenança s’efectuarà mitjançant rebut estès per l’Administració de l’Escoleta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Les tarifes mensuals es meritaran el primer dia de cada mes i seran satisfetes dins dels deu primers dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.- Les altes que es produeixin dins dels cinc primers dies de cada mes causaran el meritament de les quotes pels dies que restin fins a final de mes i es liquidaran aplicant la proporció corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.- Les baixes en la presentació del servei dels usuaris inscrits hauran de ser notificades a l’Administració de l’Escoleta al menys amb quinze dies d’anel·lació. En el cas d’una baixa degudament notificada i produïda amb anterioritat al dia vint del mes s’abonarà la part que li correspongui proporcionalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les infraccions i sancions en matèria tributaria es regiran segons lo disposat en la Lllei General Tributària i normativa de desenvolupament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;u&gt;Disposició derogatòria&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La present ordenança deroga les Ordenances anterior que regulin el preu públic de prestació del servei d’escoleta municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;u&gt;Disposició final&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La present ordenança fiscal entrarà en vigor i s’aplicarà a partir del dia següent al de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;la seva publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, de conformitat amb el que estableix l’article 17.4 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, mitjançant el qual s’aprova el text refós de la Llei reguladora d’hisendes locals, i estarà en vigor fins a la seva derogació o modificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
