&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Havent resultat infructuosa la notificació de la Resolució del procediment de pèrdua del dret i reintegrament de l&amp;apos;ajuda econòmica regulada al programa de requalificació professional, per carta certificada amb justificant de recepció, als subjectes interessats, es procedeix en forma i efectes previstos en el Artº 59.5 de la Llei de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i Procediment Administratiu Comú de 26 de Novembre de 1992 (BOE 27-11-92) a publicar la relació de subvencionats als quals se&amp;apos;ls comunica que vist l&amp;apos;expedient de pèrdua del dret i reintegrament de l&amp;apos;ajuda econòmica regulada al programa de requalificació professional incoat a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer: &lt;/strong&gt;Se li va reconèixer mitjançant resolució (a dalt indicada) l&amp;apos;ajuda econòmica d&amp;apos;acompanyament per la participació al programa de requalificació professional de les persones que esgotin la seva protecció per desocupació, establerta en el Reial decret-llei 1/2011, d&amp;apos;11 de febrer, prorrogada per Reial decret-llei 10/2011, de 26 d&amp;apos;agost i desenvolupada per Resolucions de 15 de febrer i 30 d&amp;apos;agost de 2011, per un període de sis mesos i import màxim de 2.396,28 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon: &lt;/strong&gt;Es comprova que (causa a dalt indicada) el que se li va notificar al/la interessat/a en data (a dalt indicada), segons consta en el corresponent justificant de recepció, a fi que en el termini legalment establert, presentés les al·legacions i documents que considerés oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer:&lt;/strong&gt; El/la interessat/a no ha efectuat al·legacions sobre aquest tema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;FONAMENTS DE DRET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I El/la directora/a Provincial per delegació de la Directora General del Servei Públic d&amp;apos;Ocupació Estatal és competent per resoldre el present procediment de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;establert en l&amp;apos;article dotzè de les esmentades Resolucions de 15 i 30 d&amp;apos;agost de 2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;II Havent transcorregut el termini legalment establert per presentar al·legacions sense que aquestes s&amp;apos;haguessin presentat, es confirma la causa per la qual es va iniciar aquest procediment, la qual cosa determina, la pèrdua del dret a la percepció de l&amp;apos;ajuda econòmica d&amp;apos;acompanyament segons allò que s&amp;apos;ha fixat en l&amp;apos;article onzè de les normes reguladores anteriorment citades i article 37.1.i) de la llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En virtut dels fets, fonaments de dret assenyalats i altre de general aplicació, aquesta Adreça Provincial en ús de les facultats conferides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ACORDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Declarar la pèrdua del dret a la percepció de l&amp;apos;ajuda econòmica d&amp;apos;acompanyament des de la data (a dalt indicada)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOTIFIQUI’S &lt;/strong&gt;la present resolució al/la interessat/a, en la forma establerta en els articles 58 i 59 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, amb l&amp;apos;advertiment que contra la mateixa, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podrà interposar, a través de la seva Adreça Provincial del Servei Públic d&amp;apos;Ocupació Estatal, recurs d&amp;apos;alçada davant la Sra. Ministra d&amp;apos;Ocupació i Seguretat Social en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà al de la seva notificació, segons l&amp;apos;establert en els articles 114 i 115 de la citada Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
