&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El 15 de novembre de 2011, la directora general de Patrimoni, Contractes i Obres Públiques, ordenà el canvi d’adscripció dels vehicles ressenyats a la Conselleria d’Administracions Públiques – Parc Mòbil i la seva anotació en l’Inventari General de Béns i Drets de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, d’acord amb el Decret 33/2011, de 4 de novembre, del president de les Illes Balears, de modificació del Decret 12/2011, de 18 de juny, del president de les Illes Balears, pel qual s’estableixen les competències i l’estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i l’Acord de Consell de Govern de 4 de novembre de 2011 pel qual s’estableixen les pautes per a l’optimització dels recursos materials i humans que integren el parc mòbil de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i s’estableixen les mesures provisionals per a la millora de l’eficiència dels vehicles vinculats al desplaçament dels membres del Govern i dels òrgans directius de l’Administració i altres funcions de representació, ambdós publicats en el BOIB núm. 166 (5.11.2011).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El Decret 12/2011, de 18 de juny, del president de les Illes Balears, pel qual s’estableixen les competències i l’estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 91 ext., de 20-06-2011) modificat pel Decret 23/2011, de 5 d’agost (BOIB núm.119, de 06-08-2011) i pel Decret 33/2011, de 4 de novembre (BOIB núm.166, de 05-11-2011).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. El Decret 81/2011, de 22 de juliol, pel qual es nomena la directora general de Contractes, Concessions Administratives i Obres Públiques de la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Administracions Públiques (BOIB núm. 112, de 23-07-2011).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8. La Resolució del conseller d’Administracions Públiques de 5 de setembre de 2011, de delegació de competències en matèria de patrimoni en la directora general de Patrimoni, Contractes i Obres Públiques (BOIB núm. 137, de 13 de setembre).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
