&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Mateu Puigròs Sureda, batle de l’Ajuntament de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fent ús de les atribucions que em confereix l’article 23.3 de la Llei reguladora de les bases del règim local, i d’acord amb l’article 47 de Reglament d’organització, funcionament i règim jurídic&amp;nbsp; i de les entitats locals,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Primer.- Autoritzar la substitució en la totalitat de les funcions d’aquesta Batlia per part de la primera tinenta de batle, senyora Maria Galmés Mesquida, els dies 22 i 23 de novembre de 2012, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Segon.- Aquesta resolució es publicarà al BOIB, se’n donarà comte al Ple de la Corporació en la primera sessió que se celebri i es notificarà a la interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
